Չորս ընտրություն և թեժ նիստ. ինչ է սպասվում հաջորդ շաբաթ

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Դեկտեմբերի 8-ին մեկնարկելու է ԱԺ հերթական նստաշրջանը: Դրանից մեկ օր առաջ՝ դեկտեմբերի 7-ին, տեղի է ունենալու ԱԺ խորհրդի նիստ, որի ժամանակ էլ կհաստատվի նստաշրջանի օրակարգը: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ օրակարգում ընդգրկված է լինելու 25 հարց, որից պարտադիր քննարկման է ենթակա 10 հարց:

Ընդ որում, խորհրդարանը մյուս շաբաթ երեք քվեարկություն կունենա: Նախ՝ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորները պետք է Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ ընտրեն. միակ թեկնածուն Լիլիթ Թադեւոսյանն է, որն այժմ հանդիսանում է Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քրեական պալատի նախագահը:

Ընդ որում, խորհրդարանում նրա թեկնածությունը ներկայացնելու է Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանը: Վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահի տեղը թափուր է Երվանդ Խունդկարյանի՝ ՍԴ անդամ ընտրվելուց հետո: Նկատենք՝ նա մասնակցել էր նաեւ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպմանը, որը առաջացրել էր մյուս գործընկերների դժգոհությունը:

Ավելին, դատական համակարգում խոսակցություններ էին տարածվել, թե նա հանդիպման էր գնացել վարչապետի հետ իր՝ դատարանի նախագահի ընտրությունն ապահովագրելու համար: Այս ընտրությունից հետո թափուր է նաեւ դատավորի հաստիքը, քանի որ Խունդկարյանը նաեւ դատավոր էր: Այսպիսով, Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քաղաքացիական եւ վարչական պալատի դատավորի թափուր տեղի համար առաջադրված է Սամվել Գրիգորյանի, Արմեն Հայկյանցի եւ Արսեն Մկրտչյանի թեկնածությունները:

Բացի այս, Կենտրոնական բանկի խորհրդի անդամի ընտրություն տեղի կունենա, թեկնածուն էլ առաջադրված է իշխող «Իմ քայլ»-ի կողմից. թեկնածուն Դավիթ Նահապետյանն է: Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի անդամի թեկնածուն էլ Կարեն Առուստամյանն է: Թերեւս թեժ քննարկում է սպասվում ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների նախաձեռնությամբ: Դեկտեմբերի 8-ի նիստում անցկացվելու է հասարակական հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հրատապ թեմայով քննարկում, որի առարկան հայ ռազմագերիներին եւ գերեվարված քաղաքացիական անձանց գերությունից վերադարձնելու հարցն է:

Մասնավորապես, բացի քննարկումից, ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներն առաջարկում են հայտարարություն ընդունել եւ կոչ անել ավելի ակտիվ աշխատանքի: Բացի այս հարցերից, հերթական նստաշրջանի օրակարգում ընդգրկված է նաեւ ՀՀ 2021 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին նախագծի քննարկման շարունակությունն ու քվեարկությունը: Սպասվում է, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտնի դեպքերից հետո այս նստաշրջանն արդեն կվարի ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը>:
