Անընդունելի է քննությունների ցանկում «Հայոց լեզու եւ գրականություն»-ը դիմորդի ընտրությանը թողնելը. հայտարարություն

ՀՀ Կառավարության` 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 26-ի նիստում հաստատվեց 2020-2021 ուստարվա բուհական ընդունելության առարկայական ցանկը. բուհերի գերակշիռ մասը ընդունելության քննությունների ցանկում այլընտրանքային, այսինքն` ոչ պարտադիր է սահմանել հայոց լեզվի քննությունը: Այս մասին հյտրարություն է տարածել ԵՊՀ հայոց լեզվի ամբիոնը:

Հայտարարությունում նաեւ ասվում է. «Ընդ որում, մայրենին այլընտրանքային է հաստատվել` որեւէ օտար լեզվի հետ զուգակցվելով: Ավելին, այն ոչ մրցութային է համարվել ԵՊՀ լեզվաբանական` ռուս բանասիրության, եվրոպական լեզուների եւ հաղորդակցության ֆակուլտետներում: Մինչդեռ տակավին գործող ՀՀ «Լեզվի մասին» օրենքի 2-րդ հոդվածը` «Կրթության լեզուն», հստակ սահմանում է. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բոլոր միջնակարգ-մասնագիտական, մասնագիտական-տեխնիկական եւ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում հայոց լեզվի ընդունելության քննությունը եւ հայոց լեզվի ուսուցումը պարտադիր են»:

Կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի եւ բուհերի ինքնավարության կեղծ հիմնավորումներով շրջանցվել է օրենքի պահանջը, եւ հայոց լեզուն` որպես ազգային կրթական կարեւորագույն բաղադրիչ, կրկին ստորադասվել է այլ արժեքների:

ԵՊՀ հայոց լեզվի ամբիոնը անընդունելի է համարում 2021-2022 ուստարվա ընդունելության քննությունների առարկայական ցանկում «Հայոց լեզու եւ գրականություն» առարկան բուհերի կամ դիմորդի ընտրությանը թողնելը. հայոց լեզուն դեռեւս ՀՀ պետական, կրթական, պաշտոնական լեզուն է եւ պետք է գտնվի պետական անվերապահ հոգածության ներքո, ոչ թե օրենքի շրջանցմամբ հարմարեցվի առանձին անհատների ուղղորդվող նախասիրություններին:

Առարկայի հանդեպ այս վերապահ վերաբերմունքը մենք դիտարկում ենք որպես  տրամաբանական շարունակություն Կառավարության ձախավեր նախագծի, որով նախատեսվում է «Հայոց լեզու» առարկան բուհերում դարձնել կամընտրական։

Հայոց լեզվի ամբիոնը իր դատապարտող մտահոգությունն է հայտնում մեր ազգային լեզվի իրավունքները ոտնահարելու, մեր մայրենին արժեզրկելու չնահանջող այս միտումների հանդեպ:

Ցավալի է արձանագրել, որ մայրենիի հանդեպ կանխակալ եւ մերժողական վերաբերմունքը փորձ է արվում արմատավորել նաեւ մայր բուհում, որը շուրջ մեկ դար եղել է եւ կա որպես հայերենագիտության զարգացման  անխարխար կենտրոն ու կայուն երաշխավոր»:
