«Ո՞վ է բերել Թուրքիային Արցախ»․ Աշոտյան

Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

«Ո՞վ է բերել Թուրքիային Արցախ․․․

2018 թվականի իշխանազավթումից հետո Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ գործնականորեն վերացավ հակաթուրքական դիսկուրսը։

Անհայրենիք հրոսակախումբը դիվանագիտական խողովակները սկսեց լցնել սեփական «թավշյա» գարշահոտ աղբով, միտումնավոր զրոյացնելով ազգային օրակարգը, մասնավորապես՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման խնդրի միջոցով Թուրքիայի վրա շարունական ճնշումների գործադրումը։

Ահա ընդամենը մի քանի փաստ.

❗️Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմից, որում թուրքական ուղղակի եւ անուղղակի ներգրավման փաստերը այլեւս միջազգային հանրության սեփականությունն են, ընդամենը մեկ տարի առաջ, 2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերին 25-ին, Հայաստանի կառավարության ղեկավարը ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայում միտումնավոր չի անդրադարձել Հայոց ցեղասպանության խնդրին։

❗️2019 թվականի ապրիլի 11-ին ելույթ ունենալով ԵԽԽՎ լիագումար նիստին՝ Փաշինյանը ՀՀ առաջին ղեկավարն էր, որ ԵԽԽՎ բարձր ամբիոնից չխոսեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման եւ դատապարտման մասին։ Փաշինյանը ոչ հիմնական ելույթում, ոչ հարևանների մասին հարցին պատասխանելիս ընդհանրապես չխոսեց ցեղասպանության մասին։

❗️Հայոց ցեղասպանության եւ Թուրքիայի թեման հիմնականում բացակայում էր նաեւ ԱԺ նախագահի, ԱԽ քարտուղարի միջազգային այցերի օրակարգից։

❗️ԱԳ արդեն նախկին նախարարի ներքին հանձնարարականով մեր դեսպանատներին տրված առաջնահերթություններում առաջին տեղում եղել է «թավշյայի» գովազդը, երկրորդ տեղում՝ ներքաղաքական զարցագումները(ՍԴ, ՀՀԿ, Քոչարյան, Սահմանադրություն եւ այլն), նոր հետո՝ Արցախը, իսկ վերջին տեղում՝ ցեղասպանությունը, անգամ օտարերկրյա ներդրումների եւ բիզնես հարցերից հետո!

❗️Սրանց օրոք անգամ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչած երկրների եւ միջազգային կառույցների հայաստանյան դեսպանները սկսել էին չօգտագործել այդ եզրույթը, առանց մեր ԱԳՆ-ի կողմից որեւէ լուրջ նախազգուշացման կամ հետեւանքի (հիշեք ԵՄ դեսպանի, ում 2020 թվականին հայ ժողովրդին ուղղված ցավակցական խոսքում այդ իրադարձությունները կոչվում էին ոչ թե «Հայոց ցեղասպանություն», այլ՝ «Մեծ եղեռն»):

❗️Հայաստանի վարչապետի 2019 թվականի Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը նվիրված պաշտոնական ուղերձում չէր հիշատակվել նաեւ ցեղասպանության կազմակերպիչը՝ Օսմանյան կայսրությունը։ Թեպետ ճիշտ կլիներ նաեւ դատապարտել Թուրքիայի՝ առ այսօր շարունակվող ժխտողականությունը եւ այդ կերպ՝ մեղսակից լինելու հանգամանքը։

❗️Հայոց ցեղասպանության 105-րդ տարելիցին ՀՀ ԱԺ-ն այդպես էլ որեւէ լուրջ աշխատանք արտերկրում չտարավ։ ԱԺ խմբակցություններով անգամ մի հատ հայտարարություն չընդունեցին, չթարգմանեցին և չուղարկեցին դուրս:

❗️Արդեն այս տարի ամռանը ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ի՝ Սուրբ Սոֆիայի տաճար-թանգարանը մզկիթի վերածելու Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների որոշման մասին արձագանքը հերթական խորը հիասթափությունն էր։ Այն չէր պարունակում Հայոց ցեղասպանության եւ հայերի հանդեպ մշակութային ցեղասպանության քաղաքականության մասին որեւէ հիշատակում։

Սրանք ընդամենը մի շարք տեսանելի եւ հանրային սեփականություն դարձած փաստեր են։ Իսկ ի՞նչ է կատարվել կուլուարներում, դեռ կպարզվի։

Սակայն այսքանից էլ ակնհայտ է, որ Թուրքիան Արցախ բերելուն նպաստել էր ոչ միայն Ալիեւը…
