Հոկտեմբերի վերջին Նիկոլին առաջարկված փաստաթղթում կետ կա զինադադարից հետո գերիների անհապաղ փոխանակման մասին․ ստորագրված փաստաթղթում կետը բացակայում է․ Մ․ Մինասյանը փաստաթուղթ է հրապարակել

նշել է․

«Սա հոկտեմբերի վերջին Նիկոլին առաջարկված  փաստաթղթի աշխատանքային տարբերակի օրիգինալն է: Նիկոլը այն մերժել է։

Այս փաստաթղթում հատուկ կետ կա գերիների և ռազմի դաշտում զոհվածների մասին։ Այնտեղ ասվում է. «Զինադադարից հետո պետք է սկսվի գերիների ԱՆՀԱՊԱՂ փոխանակում և դիերի հայտնաբերում»:

Այս ձևակերպումը՝ «ԱՆՀԱՊԱՂ», կրկնվում է երկու անգամ։ Մի բան, որն իսպառ բացակայում է ստորագրված փաստաթղթում։

Այս փաստաթղթում չկան Լաչինի ու Քելբաջարի հանձնումը։ Սա ամենամեծ ու էական տարբերությունն է։

Այս փաստաթղթում չկա ոչինչ Նախիջևանի հետ կապող ՆՈՐ ճանապարհի շինարարության մասին։

Խնդրանքս է բոլորին. այն մարդիկ, ովքեր հույս ունեն, որ այս մարդասպան վիժվածքը զբաղվելու է մեր տղաների ճակատագրով, ուշադիր կարդացեք այս փաստաթուղթը։

Նիկոլը ստում է ու միշտ է ստել և երբեք չի՛ զբաղվել ու չի կարող զբաղվել մեր ազգային հարցերով։

Նիկոլը, Աննան ու Արայիկը հենց հիմա իրենց ձեռքի տակ ունեն գրեթե ամբողջական ինֆորմացիան զոհերի, անհետ կորածների ու գերիների մասին։ Նրանց զեկուցել է ԱԱԾ-ն։ Գիտեն, ունեն և չեն հրապարակում՝ վախենալով հանրային տրամադրություններից։

Հ.Գ. Ես նույնիսկ չեմ ուզում անդրադառնալ վիժվածքի այսօրվա գրառմանը՝ Կազանյան փաստաթղթի և դրա վրա կառուցված նրա մտորումների մասին: Բանակցային գործընթացին քիչ թե շատ տեղյակ մարդու համար Նիկոլի հրապարակած այդ անգրագետ տեքստը ուղղակի ծիծաղելի է։ Տեքստ, որտեղ գլխիվայր շուռ է տրված ամեն ինչ և միտումնավոր բաց են թողնված Վիեննայի ու Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածություններն ու շատ այլ էական հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ աշխարհաքաղաքական:
