Փաշինյանը «գործարք» է առաջարկելու Պուտինին

Առաջիկա օրերին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատրաստվում է այցով մեկնել Մոսկվա։ Այդ է պատճառը, որ նրա որոշմամբ նոյեմբերի 30-ից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 4-ը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն (Մոսկվա)՝ գործուղվեց աշխատակազմի արարողակարգի բաժնի պետ Էդուարդ Հարությունյանը՝ այցը կազմակերպելու և անցկացնելու նպատակով: Ռուսաստանյան մեր աղբյուրների հավաստմամբ՝ նա ռուսական կողմի հետ փորձում է համաձայնություն ձեռք բերել՝ այցը պետական մակարդակով անցկացնելու համար։

Ըստ նույն աղբյուրների՝ Փաշինյանի այցը մեկ նպատակ է հետապնդում․ նա ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին «գործարք» է առաջարկելու՝ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ Միութենական պետություն է կազմում, իսկ նա պահպանում է ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը։

Ի դեպ, այսօր ՌԴ նախագահի նախկին խորհրդական, քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Ստանկեվիչը հարցազրույցներից մեկում ասել է․

«Հայաստանը, ցավոք, ինքնուրույն չի կարող դուրս գալ աղետից։ Հայաստանը` շրջապատված թշնամական Թուրքիայով և Ադրբեջանով հիմա կանգնած է լուրջ վտանգի առջև։ Հայ ազգը հիմա պետք է կայացնի ճակատագրական և պատմական որոշում։ Հայ ազգը պետք է որոշում կայացնի Ռուսաստանի հետ միութենական պետություն կազմելու մասին։ Հասկանալի է, որ դա Հայաստանի համար հեշտ որոշում չէ, բայց այդ որոշման դեպքում` Հայաստանը չի կանգնի ազգային աղետի առաջ և կունենա հուսալի և անվտանգ պատմական ուղի»։

Խնդիրն այն է, որ դարձյալ հանրությունից գաղտնի կերպով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշում է կայացնում, որի նպատակը ոչ Հայաստանն է, ոչ Արցախը, այլ զուտ սեփական իշխանությունը պահպանելը։ Եթե նույնիսկ հայ ժողովուրդը նման գլոբալ ինտեգրման ճանապարհ ընտրի, ապա դա չպետք է կրկին և միանձնյա որոշի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ով Արցախից և Հայաստանից հսկայական տարածքներ է հանձնել՝ մոտ 5000 երիտասարդների կյանքեր զոհաբերելով։

Երեկ հերթական տեսաուղերձի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց․

«Պիտի ապահովենք Լաչինի միջանցքի անխափան գործունեությունը, պիտի ապահովենք արցախցիների վերադարձը, պիտի լուծենք սահմանային ամենահրատապ և կնճռոտ հարցերը, որոնց շուրջ հնարավոր է նորանոր աղմուկներ բարձրանան, բայց մենք պիտի անցնենք այդ ճանապարհը»:

Թերևս հենց սա նկատի ուներ, որն առաջիկայում կներկայացնի հանրությանը՝ որոշումը միանձնյա կայացնելուց և գործարքը կնքելուց հետո։
