Տավուշի 7 գյուղ նույնպես կհանձնվեն Ադրբեջանին. ադրբեջանցի հայտնի լրագրող Իբրահիմ Նեբիօղլու

Ադրբեջանցի հայտնի լրագրող Իբրահիմ Նեբիօղլուն, ով երկրի Ժուռնալիստների միության անդամ է և երկար տարիներ դիվանագիտական–ներկայացուցչական գործունեություն ծավալել Թուրքիայում, գրում է, որ նոյեմբերի 10-ին կնքված հայտարարության Ադրբեջանին պետք է հանձնվի նաև «Ղազախի շրջանի 7 գյուղ» (Տավուշի սահմանային գյուղեր)։

Ըստ նրա՝ եռակողմ հայտարարության երկրորդ կետով նախատեսվում է, որ Ադրբեջանին պետք է հանձնվի նաև «Ղազախի շրջանի 7 գյուղեր, որոնք օկուպացվել էին Հայաստանի կողմից» (նման կետ եղել է հայտարարության նախնական տարբերակում)։

«Օրերս Ղազախում իմ հարազատները, ընկերները, ում խոսքերին ես վստահում եմ, հայտնել են, որ (ադրբեջանական) զորքեր են շարժվում դեպի օկուպացված տարածքներ։ Տեղեկությունը մի անգամ ճշգրտվել է։ Դժվար չէ ենթադրել, թե օկուպացված գյուղերի հայերը ինչպես կտխրեն։ Իմ ենթադրությունները եղան», – գրում է լրագրողը։

Նա նշում է, որ հանձնվելու են Տավուշի Սոֆուլու, Բարխուդարլը, Բաղանիս Այրում, Ղըզըլհաջըլը, Վերին Ոսկեպար, Ներքին Ոսկեպար և Խեյրիմլի գյուղերը։

«Մենք հայերին ուլտիմատում չենք ներկայացրել, որպեսզի նրանք լքեն իրենց հողերը։ Սակայն 4 օր առաջ (նյութը հրապարակվել է նոյեմբերի 26-ին՝ խմբ.) այդ գյուղեր են ժամանել հայկական շրջանի ներկայացուցիչները և ասել են, որ «ասեղի վրա նստած» բնակչությանը տրված է 10 օր ժամանակ էվակուացիայի համար։ Իհարկե, այս պահանջը հայերի կողմից դժգոհությամբ և բարկությամբ է դիմավորվել», – գրում է Նեբիօղլուն։

Նեբիօղլուն վտահեցնում է, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցերը լուծելուց հետո գործը կհասնի Թովուզի շրջանի և Նախիջևանի Սադարայ Քերքի (Տիգրանաշեն) գյուղերին։

Նեբիօղլուն հայտնում է, որ ակնկալում էր այս տեղեկության վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական հաստատում, սակայն այդպես էլ չի ստացել։

«Հանձնվելիք 3 գյուղերը հանդիսանում են Հայաստանում Ադրբեջանի անկլավը. դրանք են՝ Սոֆուլու, Բարխուդարլը և Յուխարի Ասքիպարա (Վերին Ոսկեպար)», – նշում է նա։

Նշենք, որ Հայաստանի կողմից նույնպես դեռևս պաշտոնական տեղեկություն չկա Տավուշի շրջանից թշնամուն գյուղերի հանձնման տեղեկատվության մասին և նշվածը դեռևս պետք է հաստատվի պաշտոնական դեմքերի կողմից՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ հայտարարության ստորագրումից հետո ակտիվ շրջանառվում էր Տավուշի գյուղերի հանձնման մասին։
