Սոցիալական մեդիայի ողջ տիրույթը հեղեղված է կեղծ էջերից հայհոյախառն վիրավորանքներով ու ատելության խոսքով: Հարցը կազմակերպված, կոնկրետ նպատակներով ու թիրախներով հարձակումների մասին է:  Այս մասին գրառում է կատարել ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է.

«Նման հարձակումներ պարբերաբար կազմակերպվում են նաև Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գործունեության նկատմամբ:

Մեր հիմնավոր ենթադրությամբ՝ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի նկատմամբ վերջին օրերի հարձակումները կազմակերպվում կամ համակարգվում են բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից:

Ավելին, ըստ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքների՝ այդ պաշտոնյաներից ոմանք անձամբ են վարում կեղծ էջեր ու այդ էջերից անձամբ են տարածում ատելություն, սպառնալիք ու վիրավորանք: Ստացվում է՝ ըստ էության գործ ունենք ատելության որջեր կազմակերպելու և վարելու հետ:

Այդ պաշտոնյաներին խիստ զգուշացնում եմ անհապաղ դադարեցնել այս ծայրաստիճան վտանգավոր, որևէ տեսակի իրավական կարգավիճակից չբխող քայլերը, այդ թվում՝ հարձակումները Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գործունեության նկատմամբ:

Ցավոք, այս արատավոր երևույթը վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում ստացավ ծավալների շեշտակի աճ, ձեռք բերեց համակարգված ու ինստիտուցիոնալ բնույթ:

Հույս ունեի, որ այս պատասխանատու օրերին կբացառվեր նման որևէ զարգացում՝ հաշվի առնելով բոլորիս միասնական ու համախմբված լինելու, միմյանց խոսքի ու արժանապատվության նկատմամբ հարգանքի, բոլոր խնդիրները հենց այդ սկզբունքով լուծելու հրամայականը:

Բայց դա ոչ միայն տեղի չունեցավ, այլև հիմա գործ ունենք այնպիսի վիճակի հետ, որը կոպտորեն ոտնահարում է մարդկանց հոգեկան անձեռնմխելիությունը՝ որպես Սահմանադրության 25-րդ հոդվածով ուղիղ երաշխավորված իրավունք, վնասակար է հասարակության առողջության ու երկրում համերաշխության մթնոլորտի համար, իսկ այս օրերին  կարող է խարխել մեր երկրի անվտանգության հիմքերը»:
