Զինադադարի հայտարարությունը թափթփված փաստաթուղթ է իր մասշտաբով, որովհետեւ տեղեր կան, որ չկա շփման գիծ. այստեղ մեր զինվորն է կանգնած, 20 կմ հեռու իրենց զինվորը: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 25-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը:

«Սկզբում բոլորս կարծում էինք, որ մեզ կմնա 3,6 հազար քառակուսի կմ: Այս պահի դրությամբ, եթե էլի չխլեն, մեր տրամադրության տակ է 3,18 հազար քառակուսի կմ: Այսինքն 9,4 հազար քառ. կմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նվիրել է թշնամուն: Սա շատ մեծ կորուստ է մեզ համար: Մեր ցորենի 25 տոկոսը չկա: Ղարաբաղը, որ մեզ ցորեն էր տալիս, հիմա մենք պետք է իրենց տանք, որ պահենք:

Հիմա հնարավոր է պահել Շուշին: Համենայնդեպս ռուսները չեն թողնում Շուշին դարձնել գոնե Երուսաղեմի պես քաղաք, ադրբեջանցիք վերադառնան, բայց մենք էլ վերադառնանք, նաեւ հետ ստանալ Հադրութը: Եվ ես կուզենայի Ադրբեջանի հետ քննարկել այսպիսի հարց՝ Լաչինի միջանցքը փոխարինենք Քելբաջարի միջանցքով: Գոնե այս բաները հնարավոր է խաղաղությամբ անել»,-ասաց նա:

Բագրտյանը նաեւ նկատեց, որ այս փաստաթուղթը 5 տարով է ստորագրվել. «Թուրքերը չեն թողնի հանգիստ լինի, ռուսներն էլ չեն զիջելու: Մենք պետք է բանակը վերականգնենք, ընդ որում ժամանակակից  ձեւով:  Բայց դրա համար պետք է հեռանան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Արմեն Սարգսյանը»:
