Արմենակ Դարբինյանի երկու առանձնատունն ու 50 հազար դոլար փոխառությունները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի խորհրդի անդամ Արմենակ Դարբինյանը 50 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով փոխառություններ ունի: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք պաշտոնյայի՝ 2015 թ. գույքի և եկամուտների հայտարարագրից:
Ըստ հայտարարագրի՝ նա երկու առանձնատուն և «AUDI Q7 4.2» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա ունի: Դարբինյանի դրամական միջոցները 2015 թ. սկզբին հետևյալ տեսքն են ունեցել՝ 50 միլիոն դրամ, 20 հազար եվրո և 188 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար: Արդեն տարեվերջին նրա դրամական միջոցները նվազել են՝ կազմելով 44 միլիոն դրամ, 13 հազար եվրո և 114 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար: Սակայն նրա հայտարարագրում որևէ նշանակալի գույք գնելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ չկան:
Կենտրոնական բանկի խորհրդի անդամի տարեկան եկամուտները կազմել են մոտ 40 միլիոն դրամ, ավելի ստույգ՝ 38 միլիոն 288 հազար դրամ, որից 14 միլիոն 100 հազար դրամը շահաբաժին է, 349 հազար 800 դրամը ապահովագրական հատուցումները, 22 միլիոն 151 հազարը տարվա կտրվածքով ստացած աշխատավարձը, իսկ 1 միլիոն 687 հազար դրամն էլ՝ տրված փոխառությունների դիմաց ստացված տոկոսը:
Նշենք, որ վերջինս տարբեր տարիներին աշխատել է որպես Արտաքին տնտեսական կապերի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ, Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ, ՄԱԿ–ի զարգացման ծրագրի խորհրդատու, ինչպես նաև Մեծ Բրիտանիայի զարգացման նախարարության հանրային կառավարման հարցերի գծով խորհրդատու։
