«Նույնիսկ ամենաբարդ հատվածներից ողջ զինվորներ ենք գտել։ Որոնողական գործողություններ են կատարվում, պարեբերաբար տվյալներ են ուղարկվում Կարմիր խաչ, Ռուսաստանի  խաղաղապահ ստորաբաժանումներ»,- լրագրողներին ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում գերեվարված, անհայտ կորած զինծառայողների և այլ անձանց հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, գնդապետ Վիտալի Ոսկանյանը։

Լրագրողի հարցին՝ հնարավո՞ր է դարձել անհայտ կորած զինծառայողների որոնման աշխատանքներն այն վայրերում, որոնք թշնամու վերահսկողության ներքո են, քանի որ մեծ մասամբ փնտրվող զինծառայողները Հադրութից և Ջաբրայիլից են, Վ.Ոսկանյանը պատասխանեց. «Ոչ միայն այդ հատվածներում են, մեկ ստորաբաժանում կա Մարտունիի ուղղությամբ, որը խոշոր խնդիրներից է: Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը և Ռուսաստանի Զինված ուժերը պատրաստակամ են: Մենք հիմա սպասում ենք հակառակորդ կողմից պատասխան:

Այս պահի դրությամբ այդ տարածքները մեզ համար անհասանելի են, Հայաստանի զորքերի համար անհասանելի են: Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել, հիմա բանակցում է Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ղեկավար կազմի հետ, որ նաև մենք պատրաստակամություն ենք հայտնել, անձամբ ես ինքս պատրաստ եմ մտնել այդ տարածքը, եթե հակառակորդը թույլ տա, հասնենք Ջաբրայիլ:

Այն տարածքները, որոնք մեզ համար անհասանելի են, այս պահի դրությամբ մենք ի վիճակի չենք մտնել, հանձինս Ջաբրայիլի, Ֆիզուլիի, Կուբաթլուի:  Հադրութի հատվածները միջանկյալ են, խոստացել են, որ միջանկյալ հատվածներում միգուցե կարողանանք հետները մտնել, քանի որ կան տեղեկություններ, որ հնարավոր է ողջ անձինք ունենանք անտառներում, նույնիսկ այն տարբերակները, որոնք հավանական չեն, մենք աշխատում ենք այդ տարբերակների վրա»։
