Վտանգ Թուրքիայից. ինչ է կատարվում հիմա մեր սահմանների մոտ և ինչի կարող է բերել

Վտանգ Թուրքիայից. ինչ է կատարվում հիմա մեր սահմանների մոտ և ինչի կարող է բերել.

Նախ՝ հակիրճ այն մասին, թե ինչ է կատարվում մեր սահմանների մոտ։

Իմ տվյալներով առնվազն հոկտեմբերի կեսերից Թուրքիան սկսել է ամրաշինական աշխատանքներ հայ-թուրքական սահմանի որոշ հատվածներում։ Սա տրամաբանական է՝ հաշվի առնելով Արցախում այդ ժամանակ ընթացող պատերազմը, որին ակտիվ մասնակցում էր նաև Թուրքիան։

Բացի այդ պատերազմի ամբողջ ընթացքում թուրքական հետախուզական անօդաչուներն ակտիվ թռել են ՀՀ սահմանի երկայնքով։

Միաժամանակ օդանավերի թռիչքները գրանցող առցանց համակարգերը ցույց են տվել նաև ՀՀ սահմանի հատումներ (սա ՀՀ իշխանությունները պաշտոնապես հերքել են, բայց ես այդքան էլ չեմ հավատում այդ հերքումներին, ունեմ որոշ հիմքեր)։

Բացի այդ, մոտ 10 օր է, ինչ Ռազմինֆոյում գրանցում ենք թուրքական ռազմատրանսպորտային ինքնաթիռների թռիչքներ դեպի Իգդիր, որտեղ խոշոր թուրքական ռազմաբազա կա։

Դրան գումարած, որ այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 16-ին, Էրդողանը խորհրդարանի հաստատմանն է ներկայացրել «Ադրբեջան զորք ուղարկելու մասին» որոշումը։ Դրանում նշվում է, որ «Ադրբեջանի՝ օկուպացիայից ազատագրված տարածքներում» ստեղծվելու է համատեղ կենտրոն, որտեղ, Ադրբեջանի որոշմամբ, տեղակայվելու են ռուս-թուրքական համատեղ ուժեր։

Ի՞նչ կարող է այս ամենը նշանակել։ Թուրքիան հարձակմա՞ն է պատրաստվում։ Բա ռուսական բազա՞ն։

Փորձեմ պատասխանել։

Կարող է նշանակել, որ.

1.Թուրքիան ուժեր է կուտակում, որպեսզի ճնշում գործադրի Հայաստանի վրա և չթողնի, որ փորձենք թպրտալ Արցախից զորքերի դուրս բերման հարցում։

2.Թուրքիան տեսնելով ՀՀ ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության ապիկարությունը, խուճապը և արագ մոբիլիզացվելու ընդունակ չլինելը, զորքեր է կուտակում, որպեսզի Հայաստանին տարածքային պահանջներ ներկայացնի։ Օրինակ՝ ՀՀ տարածքի հաշվին Նախիջևանի հետ սահմանի իր հատվածը մեծացնելու պահանջ։

3.Կարող է ուղղակի զգուշավորություն լինել. հաշվի առնելով լարված իրավիճակը, զորքեր է մոտեցնում սահմանին։ Այս տարբերակն ամենաքիչ հավանականն եմ համարում, քանի որ Հայաստանն ու նաև ՀՀ-ում ռուսական զինուժն այս պահին որևէ վտանգ Թուրքիայի համար չեն ներկայացնում։

Արդյոք ռուսական բազան կարո՞ղ է լիարժեք պաշտպանել ՀՀ-ն Թուրքիայի ոտնձգություններից։ Մասամբ։

Խնդիրը հետևյալն է. բազան ավելի շատ քաղաքական գործոն է, քան ռազմական, քանի որ Թուրքիայի 3րդ բանակի հետ բաց բախման համար այդ բազայի ռեսուրսներն անբավարար են։

Ռազմական առումով կա բազայի մատակարարման խնդիր, այսինքն պետք է շտապ Հայաստան բերվեն մեծ թվով ուժեր, տեխնիկա, ինչը ինքնաթիռներով շատ դժվար է լինելու, առավել ևս, որ մեր 2 հիմնական օդանավակայանն էլ Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանին շատ մոտ են և ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ խոցելի են թշնամու հեռահար միջոցների համար։

Նշանակում է, որ ռազմական առումով բազան մատակարարելու համար Ռուսաստանը պետք է ստիպված լինի Վրաստանով ցամաքային կապ բացել, ինչն էլ միանգամից ՆԱՏՕ-ին առիթ կտա այս կոնֆլիկտին միջամտելու։

Ռուսաստանի քաղաքական գործոնն էլ է այս պահին բավականին թուլացած Ադրբեջանում և ընդհանրապես Հարավային Կովկասում Թուրքիայի կշռի աճի ֆոնին։

Այսինքն Ռուսաստանը լուրջ մտավախություններ ունի, որ իրեն կարող են լուրջ քաղաքական թակարդի մեջ գցել (ի դեպ, նույնը՝ Իրանը)։

Առավել ևս, որ ՀՀ վարչապետը ծայրահեղ անհուսալի գործընկեր է, և Ռուսաստանի կողմից կարող է ընկալվել որպես իր դեմ լարվող թակարդի մաս, իսկ Հայաստանը՝ խայծ։

Լուծում ունե՞մ։ Ո՛չ։

Ինչո՞ւ չեմ լռում։ Որովհետև փորձը ցույց տվեց, որ վտանգների մասին լռելը որևէ օգուտ չի տալիս։

Կարո՞ղ է Նիկոլն այս վիճակում լինել արդյունավետ ճգնաժամային կառավարիչ, է՛լ չասեմ հրամանատար։ Ինքներդ պատասխանեք։
