Ֆրանսիան դնում է Հադրութի եւ մյուս բնակավայրերի հարցը

«Հակամարտության տևական կարգավորման շուրջ կողմերի միջև բանակցությունների վերսկսումը հայտարարված հրադադարից հետո մնում է անհրաժեշտ: Որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ՝ Ֆրանսիան այս ջանքերի ակտիվ մասնակիցը կլինի: Երկու կողմերի միջեւ քննարկումները պետք է վերսկսվեն անհապաղ: Դրանք պետք է թույլ տան վերադարձնել վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում հակամարտության հետևանքով տեղահանված մարդկանց և սահմանել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ապագա կարգավիճակը», հայտարարել է Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարար Ժան-Իվ Լը Դրիանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հաստատված հրադադարի հետևանքով ադրբեջանական զինուժի վերահսկողության տակ է մնացել Հադրութի շրջանը, Մարտունու, Ասկերանի, Մարտակերտի և Շուշիի շրջանների մի մասը։ Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների ստորագրած հայտարարությունը չի պարտադրում Ադրբեջանին հետ քաշվել այդ տարածքներից, որի կարգավիճակը պետք է որոշվի բանակցությունների միջոցով, ինչպես նախատեսված է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակում բանակցված տարբեր փաստաթղթերով։

Ֆրանսիայի հայտարարությունը հստակ ընդգծում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի սահմանումը։ Փարիզն իր այս դիրքորոշումը հնչեցրել է նաև ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ, երեկ Ելիսեյան պալատը հայտարարել է, որ պետք է նկատի առնվեն հայերի իրավունքները։

Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները՝ ԱՄՆ-ն ու Ֆրանսիան երեկ հայտարարել են, որ ի գիտություն են ընդունել Ռուսաստանի միջնորդությամբ ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման մասին համաձայնագիրը եւ շահագրգռված են ավելին իմանալ այս նոր համաձայնագրի իրականացման մանրամասների, հետեւանքների եւ ծրագրերի մասին:
