Արցախի մոտ 30 հազար սովորողի կրթությունը կկազմակերպվի Հայաստանում․ նոյեմբերի 13-ից կսկսվի հանրակրթության կազմակերպումը

Այս պատերազմի հետեւանքով խախտվել է մոտ 30 հազար սովորողի իրավունք, որոնցից 24 հազարը դպրոցականներ են, մոտ 4 հազարը՝ նախադպրոցական, իսկ մնացյալը՝ ուսանողներ։  Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 8-ին, հրավիրված ասուլիսում հայտարարեց Արցախի Հանրապետության Կրթության գիտության, մշակույթի նախարար Լուսինե Ղարախանյանը։

«Իհարկե, մենք մտածում էինք, որ օր առաջ կվերադառնանք հայրենիք, բայց պատերազմը շարունակվում է, եւ մենք հնարավորություն չունենք կրթությունը կազմակերպել Արցախում, ուստի որոշել ենք առաջիկայում  կրթության գործընթացը կազմակերպել Հայաստանում՝ մինչեւ պատերազմի ավարտը։ Հիմա ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության հետ համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունքում մենք սկսել ենք մեր աշակերտների հաշվառման գործընթացը եւ արդեն ունենք մեծ թվով հաշվառված աշակերտներ։ Չհաշվառված երեխաների ծնողները կամ դիմում են  համայնքապետարանին, որտեղ նրանք գրանցված են, կամ հարակից բնակավայրում գտնվող կրթական հաստատությանը։ Պարտադիր փաստաթղթերի պահանջը հանվել է, կարող են առանց դրա եւս ներկայանալ»,- նշեց Լուսինե Ղարախանյանը՝ հավելելով, որ նախատեսում են նոյեմբերի 13-ին սկսել հանրակրթության կազմակերպումը։

«Առաջիկա երկու օրերին պարզ կլինի տարրական օղակը առկա ուսուցման կանցնի՞, թե՞ ոչ, մենք նախապես կհայտարարենք դրա մասին, բայց 5-ից 12-րդ դասարանցիները պարապելու են առցանց։ Բարձրագույն  ուսումնական հաստատություններից՝ Արցախի պետական համալսարանը նոյեմբերի 10-ին է սկսելու իր աշխատանքները, իսկ Շուշիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանն ու Մեսրոպ Մաշտոց  համալսարանն առցանց արդեն սկսել են պարապմունքները»,- ասաց նախարարը։

Լուսինե Ղարախանյանի խոսքով՝ առաջիկայում կլուծվի նաեւ արհեստագործական ուսումնարանների եւ քոլեջների կրթության կազմակերպման հարցը։

Թշնամու ագրեսիայի հետեւանով Արցախում մշակույթի տներ են ավերվել։ Ըստ նախարարի՝  ամենամեծ մասշտաբի ավերածությունը կրել է Շուշիի մշակույթի տունը։

«Ես շատ զանգեր եմ ստացել Սփյուռքից, որոնք պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել վերականգնել մշակութային օջախները, ինչպես նաեւ Շուշիի Սուրբ Ղազանչեցոց եկեղեցու գմբեթը»,- հայտնեց նախարարը՝ հավելեով, որ համոզված է՝ հաղթելու ենք եւ վերականգնելու բոլոր ավերված շինությունները։
