ԱԱՏՄ-ն հայտնում է «Սոլկոսերիլ» դեղի որոշ սերիաների հետկանչի մասին

Հետկանչի նպատակով ՀՀ ԱԱՏՄ ղեկավարի կողմից տրվել է կարգադրագիր՝ հիմք ընդունելով ՀՀ ԱՆ «Ակադեմիկոս Է. Գաբրիելյանի անվան դեղերի և բժշկական տեխնոլոգիաների փորձագիտական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ 2020 թ․ նոյեմբերի 6-ի փորձագիտական եզրակացությունը։

Վերջինիս համաձայն՝ ՊԱԳ համապատասխանության դիտարկման ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել են ՊԱԳ պահանջների խախտումներ և ներարկման համար նախատեսված լուծույթների ստերիլության երաշխիքները բացակայում են այս դեղերի մասով՝

Հիմք ընդունելով

- 2019 թ․ փետրվարի 28-ի «ՀՀ-ում չգրանցված կամ որակի պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող կամ պիտանիության ժամկետն անցած կամ գրանցումն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչված կամ գրանցումը կասեցված կամ ՀՀ օրենսդրության խախտմամբ ներմուծված դեղերի, կեղծ դեղերի, դեղանյութերի, դեղաբուսական հումքի, հետազոտվող դեղագործական արտադրանքի մասին ահազանգի ծանուցման, շրջանառությունը դադարեցնելու և շրջանառությունից հանելու (հետկանչի) կարգը սահմանելու մասին» ՀՀ կառավարության թիվ 164-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված կարգի 2-րդ կետը, 5-րդ կետի 2-րդ ենթակետը,

- «Դեղերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 23-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասը,

- Հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ ԱԱՏՄ կանոնադրության 19-րդ կետի 7-րդ ենթակետի պահանջները,

- ՀՀ ԱՆ «Ակադեմիկոս Է. Գաբրիելյանի անվան դեղերի և բժշկական տեխնոլոգիաների փորձագիտական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ 2020 թ․ նոյեմբերի 6-ի փորձագիտական եզրակացությունը,

ՀՀ ԱԱՏՄ ղեկավարի կողմից տրվել է կարգադրագիր դեղը ներմուծող «Ալֆա-ֆարմ իմպորտ» ՓԲԸ-ին՝ ի դեմս տնօրենի, 3-օրյա ժամկետում ձեռնարկել համապատասխան միջոցներ՝ ապահովելով ՀՀ-ում հետևյալ դեղերի շրջանառության դադարեցումը և հետկանչը՝

- «Սոլկոսերիլ արյունատրամալուծիչ հորթի արյունից սպիտակուցազերծ լուծույթ ն/ե և մ/մ ներարկման 42,5մգ/մլ; (25/5×5/) ամպուլներ 2մլ․, սերիա՝ 111178, պիտ․ ժամկետ՝ 30․04․2022թ.,

- «Սոլկոսերիլ արյունատրամալուծիչ հորթի արյունից սպիտակուցազերծ լուծույթ ն/ե և մ/մ ներարկման 42,5մգ/մլ; (5) ամպուլներ 5մլ»՝

սերիա՝ 110621, պիտ․ ժամկետ՝ 31․12․2021թ.,

սերիա՝ 112172, պիտ․ ժամկետ՝ 31․05․2022թ.,

սերիա՝ 113336, պիտ․ ժամկետ՝ 31․10․2023թ.։

Հետկանչի ավարտից հետո դեղի ոչնչացումն իրականացնել «Դեղերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 23-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, 26-րդ հոդվածով և ՀՀ ԱՆ 2013 թ․ փետրվարի 1-ի «Դեղատներում կամ դեղատնային կրպակներում բժշկական թափոնների հաշվառման կարգը սահմանելու մասին» N 05-Ն հրամանով սահմանված կարգով։

Իրականացված միջոցառումների մասին 3 օրը մեկ անգամ ներկայացնել հաշվետվություն Տեսչական մարմին՝ ՀՀ ք. Երևան, Նորք-Մարաշ, Ա. Արմենակյան 129 և [email protected] հասցեներով:
