Թիվ 1 ընտրատարածքի պատգամավորի թեկնածու Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանը վստահ քայլերով գնում է առաջ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախընտրական քարոզարշավների բնույթն ու որակը հաճախ պայմանավորված են լինում քարոզարշավն իրականացնող թեկնածուների անձնական որակներով ու արժեքային համակարգով։

Անշուշտ, քարոզարշավների կազմակերպման հարցերում գործում են թիմեր և այս գործի գիտակներ, սակայն թեկնածուների անձնական դերակատարությունն այս պրոցեսում բավական մեծ է։

Սովորաբար հենց անձնական որակներից ելնելով էլ թեկնածուներն ընտրում են քարոզարշավի իրենց տարբերակը. կան թեկնածուներ, որոնք սիրում են բարձր բեմահարթակներ, հսկայական բարձրախոսներ, շինծու հրավիրյալներ, պատվիրված հոդվածներ, մյուս թեկնածուներին սևացնելու տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառումներ, որոնք, կարծես թե, հավելյալ վստահություն են ներշնչում այդ թեկնածուներին և փորձում են ամեն կերպ սևը սպիտակեցնել:

Սակայն պետք է նշել, նման դեպքերում թեկնածուները ինչ–որ տեղ կտրվում են հասարակությունից, քանի որ բարձրախոսները, բեմահարթակներն ու մեծարումներն արհեստական խոչընդոտներ են ստեղծում հասարակության և գործչի միջև։

Այս տեսանկյունից նույնը չենք կարող ասել թիվ մեկ ընտրատարածքում առաջադրված ՀՀԿ ռեյտինգային թեկնածու Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանի մասին։ 1–ին ընտրատարածքում Սարգսյանի քարոզարշավն առավելապես հիշեցնում է շրջայց և հանդիպում բակերում և բնակիչների հետ։ Այս հանդիպումների անմիջականությունը երբեմն մոռացնել է տալիս, որ մենք գործ ունենք նախընտրական քարոզարշավի հետ։ Այստեղ, անշուշտ, պետք է ասել, որ քարոզարշավի այս տարբերակը մեծապես պայմանավորված է հենց պատգամավորության թեկնածուի անձնական որակներով։

Սարգսյանն արդեն հասցրել է հանդիպումներ ունենալ ընտրատարածքն ընդգրկող Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների բնակիչների հետ։ Առանց բարձրագոչ հայտարարությունների ու բեմահարթակների, Սարգսյանը պարզապես մտնում է ժողովրդի մեջ, քանի որ դա, թերևս, պատգամավորի և պատգամավորի թեկնածուի օրինակելի գործելաոճ է այն պարզ պատճառով, որ պատգամավորությունը խորհրդարանական մանդատը կամ ամբիոնը չեն, այլ հասարակ պատասխանատվությունը ընտրողների առջև, ծանոթությունը ընտրողների հոգսերն ու առօրյային։

Այս գործընթացում ցանկացած արհեստական խոչընդոտ խանգարում է ընտրողի, քաղաքացու և նրա ընտրյալի միջև կապին։

Քարոզչական երրորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում, հետևելով Նոր Նորքում Ռոբերտ Սարգսյանի ակտիվ հանդիպումներին և շրջայցերին, հնարավոր է տեսնել, որ գործիչը վայելում է բնակիչների վստահությունը և, ավելին, ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ անգամ պատգամավոր չդառնալու պարագայում Սարգսյանը մնալու է որպես գործընկեր ցանկացած քաղաքացու համար։

Սա, թերևս, այն կարևորագույն որակն է, որ պետք է ունենա քաղաքական գործիչը և առավել ևս Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորը, քանի որ ընտրողի և նրա ընտրյալի միջև անմիջական կապը քաղաքականությունը հասարակությանը կապող ամենակարևոր օղակն է, որն ապահովում է փոխվստահության մթնոլորտ, ինչն էլ իր հերթին հասարակության բնականոն զարգացման առաջնային նախապայմանն է։
