Հայաստանում աշխարհազորը կձեւավորվի տարածքային սկզբունքով

Հայաստանում աշխարհազորը կձեւավորվի ըստ տարածքների՝ պահեստազորայիններից, ովքեր կցանկանան դրանում ներգրավվել: Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 27-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Գաբրիել Բալայանը հայտարարեց Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստում «Պաշտպանության մասին» եւ հարակից օրենքներում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրինագծերի փաթեթի քննարկման ժամանակ:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ռազմական գործողությունների կամ դրանց սպառնալիքի դեպքում աշխարհազորի ջոկատները կաջակցեն կանոնավոր բանակին ռազմական գործողությունների իրականացման, սահմանի պաշտպանության, թշնամու ահաբեկչական, հետախուզական կամ դիվերսիոն խմբերի դեմ պայքարում: Աշխարհազորայինները կմասնակցեն նաեւ կարեւորագույն ճանապարհների զինված պահպանմանը, ինչպես նաեւ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանությանը:

«Աշխարհազորին միանալը կլինի բացառապես կամավոր, ավելին՝ աշխարհազորայինները չպետք է լինեն զինվորական, ոստիկաններ, փրկարարներ եւ ուժային գերատեսչությունների այլ աշխատակիցներ, քանի որ պատերազմի ընթացքում վերջիններս վրա որոշակի պարտականություններ են դրվելու: Այսինքն, սրանք ոչ ուժային մասնագիտությունների տեր մարդիկ են, ովքեր պատերազմի դեպքում կօգնեն հիմնական բանակին: Աշխարհազորին զենք կկցվի, նրան համազգեստ կտրամադրվի»,- պարզաբանեց փոխնախարարը:

Միաժամանակ, աշխարհազորայինների պատրաստումը կանցկացվի զորահավաքներում, որոնց ժամանակ նրանք կապահովվեն սննդով: Աշխարհազորի բրիգադներն ու գումարտակները կստեղծվեն ըստ տարածքների, մոտավորապես, ինչպես ղարաբաղյան առաջին պատերազմում: Աշխարհազորի պատրաստման ու օգտագործման պլանները կհաստատվեն Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի հրամաններով: Նա նաեւ կիրականացնի աշխարհազորի ընդհանուր ղեկավարությունը հատուկ շտաբի միջոցով: Տվյալ քաղաքում կամ գյուղում աշխարհազորը ուղղակիորեն կղեկավարվի վարչակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալի կեղմից:

Հիշեցնենք, որ խորհրդարանականները առաջին ընթերցմամբ 71 «կողմ» ձայներով միաձայն հաստատեցին «Պաշտպանության մասին» եւ հարակից օրենքներում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրինագծերի փաթեթը:
