Պուտինը դեռ հույս ունի չկորցնել Ադրբեջանը, բայց արդեն կորցրել է

Այն, որ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Պուտինը արտահայտվում է Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ հավասարությամբ, պայմանավորված է Ադրբեջանը չկորցնելու, Բաքվի հետ չթշնամանալու խնդրով:

Ամբողջ հարցն այն է սակայն, որ Ռուսաստանն արդեն կորցրել է Ադրբեջանը: Համենայն դեպս, արդյոք հնարավոր է պատկերացնել, որ Թուրքիան դուրս է գալու Ադրբեջանից: Այդ խնդիրը լուծելը Մոսկվայի ուժից վեր է: Դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ միջազգային ճնշման ներքո, ինչը սակայն քիչ հավանական է, որովհետեւ միջազգային ճնշման ունակ կենտրոնները չունեն Ռուսաստանի համար Թուրքիային Ադրբեջանից դուրս մղելու շահագրգռություն:

Այդպիսով, Պուտինն ինչպե՞ս է մտադիր պահել Ադրբեջանը: Հատկապես, երբ ակնառու է, որ Թուրքիան էլ մտադիր է Ադրբեջանում տեղակայել ռազմաբազա: Ռուսաստանի համար Ադրբեջանը պահելու թերեւս միակ գործնական տարբերակ է մնում այն մասնատելը, խաղալով էթնիկ փոքրամասնությունների խաղաքարտով:

Ի դեպ, այդ համատեքստում է նաեւ հետաքրքիր արցախյան հարցի վերաբերյալ նրա հայտարարության հատվածը, որտեղ խոսում էր խնդրի առաջացման էթնիկ գործոնի մասին, որ Սումգայիթում, հետո Արցախում հայերի հանդեպ գազանություններ են եղել: Դա մի կողմից ուշադրության եւ աշխատանքի արժանի հանգամանք է «անջատում հանուն փրկության» տրամաբանության շրջանակում, որ այժմ փորձում է քաղաքական օրակարգի հարց դարձնել Երեւանը:

Մյուս կողմից, Պուտինի հայտարարությունը թերեւս հնարավոր է դիտարկել նաեւ այլ շերտով՝ Բաքվին հիշեցում, որ կարող են ծագել նաեւ էթնիկ հիմքով այլ խնդիրներ: Համենայն դեպս, դա գուցե մնացել է Ադրբեջանի հարցում Պուտինի միակ խաղաքարտը, որ կարող է պահել Ռուսաստանի ազդեցությունն Ադրբեջանի վրա:

 

Իսկ ափսոսու՞մ է Ռուսաստանը, որ 2019-ի փետրվարին Ալիեւին հանձնեց թալիշների առաջնորդ Ֆահրադդին Աբոսզոդային:
