ՇՄ նախարարությունը զգուշացրել է Արցախի դեմ ագրեսիայի հետևանքով հումանիտար և բնապահպանական աղետի առկա վտանգի մասին

Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը համապատասխան գրությամբ դիմել է բնապահպանական կոնվենցիաների գործադիր քարտուղարներին, միջազգային կազմակերպություններին ու գործընկերներին՝ նրանց ուշադրությունը հրավիրելով Արցախի դեմ շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով սանձազերծված թուրք-ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով հումանիտար և բնապահպանական աղետի առկա վտանգի վրա։

«Ռազմադաշտում դիակների հետ կապված իրավիճակը արդեն դուրս է գալիս վերահսկողությունից․ տեսագրող սարքերը տեսագրել են, թե ինչպես են վայրի կենդանիները ուտում դիակները։ Նման հումանիտար աղետը կարող է հանգեցնել սոսկալի մարդկային և բնապահպանական խնդիրների՝ այդ թվում նաև կենդանիների միջոցով տարբեր վտանգավոր վարակիչ հիվանդությունների տարածմանը։ Այս հետևանքները չեն սահմանափակվի միայն Արցախի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի տարածքներով, այլ վտանգ կներկայացնեն ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի համար։

Կործանարար է ազդեցությունը նաև տարածաշրջանի կենսաբազմազանության վրա, որը ճանաչվել է որպես աշխարհի կենսաբազմազանության համաշխարհային թեժ կետերից մեկը, որի բույսերի և կենդանիների մի շարք տեսակներ ընդգրկված են Հայաստանի Կարմիր գրքում, ինչպես նաև 4 տեսակ ներառված է Բնության պահպանության միջազգային միության (IUCN) Կարմիր ցուցակում: Վերոնշյալ տարածքը նաև բնակավայր է հանդիսանում այնպիսի հազվագյուտ և անհետացող տեսակների համար, ինչպիսիք են կովկասյան ընձառյուծը, գորշ արջը, բեզոարյան այծը, սև և գրիֆոնի անգղերը և այլն:

 

Կոչ ենք անում միջազգային հանրությանը գործել վճռականորեն՝ դատապարտելու և դադարեցնելու ուժի կիրառումը Արցախի, խաղաղ բնակիչների և կենսական նշանակության ենթակառուցվածքների նկատմամբ, մեղմելու այս տարածաշրջանում առկա հումանիտար և բնապահպանական աղետները»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
