ՏԵՍԱՆՅՈՒԹ․ Ինչ է լինելու արդեն ներկրված թուրքական ապրանքի հետ. Մհեր Գրիգորյանը նոր նախագծից մանրամասներ է հայտնում

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․

«Հայաստանի էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության առաջարկով թուրքական ծագում ունեցող ապրանքների ներմուծումը ժամանակավոր է արգելվելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում՝ նախնական վեց ամիս ժամկետով: Այն ընդունվելու դեպքում ուժի մեջ կմտնի 2020-ի դեկտեմբերի 31-ին: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը հայտնեց, որ այս արգելքը տարածվելու է վերջնական սպառման ապրանքների, այսինքն՝ պատրաստի արտադրանքի վրա, որն էլ գնում է վերջնական սպառման:

ՀՀ փոխվարչապետը դժվարացավ ասել, թե ինչպես է կազմակերպվելու արդեն Հայաստան ներմուծված ապրանքների իրացումը, եթե արդեն այն Հայաստանում է: «Այն ապրանքը, որն արդեն ներմուծված է, ներմուծված է, այստեղ արդեն իրացման գործընթացների հետ գործ ունենք, որը հիմա չեմ կարող ասել՝ ինչ բնույթ կստանա, բայց դա իրավական գործընթաց չէ, այլ բոյկոտ է: Այստեղ կդժվարանամ հիմա հստակ պատասխան տալ, թե ինչ կլինի ապագայում: Ընդհանրապես, որոշումը դեկտեմբերի 31-ից է ուժի մեջ մտնելու, այս պահին ներկրված ապրանքներն այլեւս ներկրված են, բայց սպառման եւ օտարման գործընթացների հետ կապված թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում, ճիշտն ասած, դա մի քիչ արդեն էմոցիոնալ հարթության խնդիր է: Չեմ կարող ասել, թե ինչ տեղի կունենա այդ դեպքերում»,- հայտարարեց փոխվարչապետը։

Միեւնույն ժամանակ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը հայտնեց, որ այս հարցով գործարարների հետ թերեւս քննարկում չի ունեցել: «Բայց անպայման կկազմակերպենք մինչեւ տարեվերջ միջոցառումներ, որպեսզի գործարարները հնարավորություն ունենան նոր գործարար կապերի, նոր շուկաների հետ կապված իրենց վերադասավորումներն իրականացնել: Առնվազն ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների հետ նախնական քննարկումներ եղել են, եւ կարծում եմ՝ նման միջոցառումներ կկազմակերպենք մինչեւ տարեվերջ: Եթե պանդեմիան չխանգարեր, ապա ավելի արագ կկազմակերպեինք», – հավելեց նա:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ 2019 թվականին Թուրքիայից Հայաստան ներմուծումն, ըստ ծագման երկրի հատկանիշի, կազմել է 268.1 մլն դոլար։ Թուրքիայից մեր երկիր հիմնականում ներմուծվում է hագուստ (69.4 մլն դոլար), ցիտրուսային մրգեր (10.3 մլն դոլար), մեքենաներ, սարքավորումներ եւ մեխանիզմներ` էլեկտրական ջեռուցիչ, սառնարան (35.3 մլն դոլար), նավթ եւ նավթամթերք (24.3 մլն դոլար), քիմիայի եւ դրա հետ կապված արդյունաբերության ճյուղերի արտադրանք (23.6 մլն դոլար), ոչ թանկարժեք մետաղներ եւ դրանցից պատրաստված իրեր (21.6 մլն դոլար)»։
