Առողջապահության նախարարությունն ահազանգում է

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտարարում է. «Առողջապահության նախարարությունն ահազանգում է Ադրբեջանի ձեռնարկած լայնածավալ պատերազմական գործողություններն Արցախի Հանրապետության և Ադրբեջանի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով՝ թիրախավորել են  քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերը և ենթակառուցվածքները, բազմաթիվ են զոհերը և ավերածությունները, ինչը հղի է բազմաթիվ հետևանքներով, այդ թվում տարբեր վարակիչ հիվանդությունների՝ ներառյալ հատուկ վտանգավոր, բռնկումների և համաճարակների առաջացման վտանգով: Ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման համակարգերի վնասվելն առաջացնում է անբարենպաստ սանիտարահիգիենիկ իրավիճակ և անհնարին դարձնում պատշաճ մաքրման և ախտահանման ախատանքների իրականացումը, նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծելով աղիքային վարակիչ հիվանդությունների (խոլերա, հեպատիտ Ա, դիզենտերիա և այլն) առաջացման և տարածման համար: Պատերազմական գոտին անցնում է Զանգեզուր-Ղարաբաղյան և Մերձարաքսյան ժանտախտի բնական օջախների տարածքներով, որտեղ առկա են ինչպես հիվանդության հարուցիչները, այնպես էլ փոխանցողները: Զոհվածների մարմինների դուրս բերումը, հուղարկավորության կամ փոխանակման համար նախապայմանների բացակայությունը նպաստում է, որ առանց խնամքի մնացած դիակները դառնան վարակիչ հիվանդություններ փոխանցող կամ բնական պահոց հանդիսացող միջատների և վայրի կենդանիների սնվելու և բազմանալու բարենպաստ միջավայր, իսկ վարակիչ, այդ թվում հատուկ վտանգավոր, հիվանդությունների  հարուցիչները կարող են երկարատև  կենսունակ մնալ շրջակա միջավայրում, ինչը  ստեղծում է բռնկումների և համաճարակների առաջացման բոլոր նախադրյալները: Ռազմական գործողությունները կարող են նպաստել օջախների ակտիվությանը և մեծացնել կրծողների միջոցով փոխանցվող վարակիչ հիվանդությունների (ժանտախտ, տուլարեմիա, լեպտոսպիրոզ) ռիսկը: Ժանտախտի բարձր մահաբերությունն ու վարակելիությունն այն դարձնում է շատ նպաստավոր մասսայական ախտահարումներ առաջացնելու համար: Շրջակա միջավայրի աղտոտումը, վարակիչ հիվանդություններ տարածող կրծողների բազմացումը լուրջ համաճարակային սպառնալիք է ոչ միայն անմիջական ռազմական գործողությունների շրջանների համար, այլև հակամարտող կողմերի հետ անմիջական հարևանությամբ գտնվող երկրների, մասնավորապես Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության համար՝  հաշվի առնելով երկրների միջև ոչ մեծ հեռավորությունը, աշխարհագրական ընդհանրությունը և առավել ռիսկային գոտի համարվող Արաքս գետի առկայությունը՝ վարակը ջրային ճանապարհով մերձարաքսյան բնակավայրեր տարածման առումով: Ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում և հետպատերազմական ժամանակաշրջանում բռնկումների, համաճարակների արձանագրման դեպքում ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրում է ադրբեջանական կողմը, քանզի հոկտեմբերի 10-ից ի վեր շարունակում է անընդհատ խախտել դիակների փոխանակման նպատակով ստորագրված հումանիտար հրադադարի պահանջները:
