Ինչու է Ադրբեջանը փորձում «տիրանալ» Իրանի եւ Արցախի սահմանային Խուդաֆերինի ջրամբարին

Ադրբեջանը, նոր մարդասիրական հրադադարը խախտելով, հոկտեմբերի 18-ի վաղ առավոտյան հարձակումն իրականացրել է հարավային ուղղությամբ (Խուդաֆերինի ջրամբար)` բարենպաստ դիրքեր գրավելու նպատակով։ Այս մասին հայտնել էր ՀՀ ՊՆ խոսնակ Շուշան Ստեփանյանը։

Նկատենք՝ առաջին դեպքը չէ, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը հարձակում է իրականացնում հենց այդ հատվածից եւ փորձում ավելի մոտենալ ջրամբարին։ Իսկ ո՞րն է պատճաձը եւ ինչ նշանակություն ունի այդ ջրամբարն Արցախի և Իրանի համար․

Սա շատ խոշոր ջրամբար է, կառուցվել է Արաքս գետի վրա, Իրանի ֆինանսական միջոցներով։ Ջրամբարը հիմնականում օգտագործում է Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը։ Թուրք-ադրբեջանական ահաբեկչական խմբերը փորձում են ինչ-որ կերպ վնաս հասցնել ջրամբարին։

Խոսքը՝ «Խոդա  Աֆարինի» ջրամբարի մասին է, որը գտնվում է Արաքս գետի վրա՝ Իրանի և Արցախի սահմանին։ «Խոդա» թարգմանաբար նշանակում է Աստված, այսինքն՝ իրանցիներն այն կոչել են «Աստծո» ջրամբար։ Արաքս գետի վրա կառուցված  այս ջրամբարը շահագործվում է 2010 թվականից։ Ջրամբարի կառուցումն ունի 2 նպատակով՝ ստանալ  էլեկտրաէներգիա և ոռոգել Իրանի հյուսիսային շրջանի շուրջ 75.000 հա հողատարածք։

Հաշվի առնելով Իրանի հատկապես հյուսիսային շրջանների բնապահպանական սուր վիճակը,  մասնավորապես, կլիմայական փոփոխությունների ֆոնին ջրային պաշարների կտրուկ անկումը,  գետերի ջրերի ցամաքում, ջրամբարն իսկապես փրկություն կամ «Աստծո պարգև» կարելի է համարել  Իրանի համար։ Սակայն, ինչպես 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան պատերազմի ընթացքում, հիմա էլ ադրբեջանական կողմը թիրախավորել է ջրամբարը՝ ցանկանալով վնասել այն։

Եթե ադրբեջանցիները վնասեն ջրամբարն, ապա առաջին հերթին այն պատուհաս է դառնալու Իրանի համար։ Ջրամբարը բավականին մեծ է ծավալներով (1,612×106 մ3 ) և հնարավոր փլուզման դեպքում մոտակա գյուղերը կունենան զգալի մարդկային և նյութական կորուստներ։
