Համաշխարհային առաջնորդները քննադատել են կորոնավիրուսին չհամակարգված գլոբալ արձագանքը, որը տնտեսական քաոս է առաջացրել եւ խլել գրեթե 1 միլիոն կյանք, փոխանցում է AP-ն։

Ղազախստանի նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաեւի խոսքով՝ սա «գլոբալ համագործակցության ծայրահեղ տապալում է»։

«Մեր աշխարհը գլխիվայր շրջվել է,- ասել է Գանայի նախագահ Նանա Ակուֆո-Ադոն։ - Մենք բոլորս միասին ընկել եւ նայել ենք անդունդի մեջ»։

ՄԱԿ Գլխավոր վեհաժողովի բարձր մակարդակով վիրտուալ նիստում համաշխարհային առաջնորդների ելույթներում մտավախությունների ցանկը գլխավորել են կորոնավիրուսի համավարակը եւ դրա հետեւանքները։ Մեծ եւ փոքր երկրները խոսել են այն մասին, որ փորձում են դրա ազդեցությունը հաղթահարել առանց միջազգային համակարգման։

«Ըստ սահմանման՝ համավարակը գլոբալ խնդիր» է եւ գլոբալ արձագանք է պահանջում, բայց, ցավոք, COVID-19-ը «ցույց տվեց, թե մենք ինչպես ենք հակված արձագանքելու անմիջական սպառնալիքներին՝ ազգային, այլ ոչ թե միջազգային մակարդակում»,- ասել է Ֆինլանդիայի նախագահ Սաուլի Նիինիստոն։

Նրա խոսքով՝ կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարում բազմակողմ ջանքերը միավորելու փոխարեն, «մենք դարձանք ազգային պատասխանների շարքի վկաները», որոնք «մտահոգություն են առաջացնում այն կապակցությամբ, թե կկարողանա՞նք պայքարել ուրիշ գլոբալ մարտահրավերների դեմ»։

Ղազախստանի նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաեւը նախազգուշացրել է, որ աշխարհը «մոտենում է նրան, ինչը ոմանք արդեն անվանել են համավարակի հետեւանքով «գլոբալ դիսֆունկցիայի» վիճակ, եւ գլոբալ համակարգը հիմա «դրամտիկ ցնցումների սահմանագծին է, ինչը կարող է անշրջելի հետեւանքների հանգեցնել»։ «Հիմա մարդկության համար վճռորոշ պահ է»,- նախազգուշացրել է նա։

Տոկաեւը կոչ է արել արդիականացնել առողջապահության ազգային հաստատությունները, կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստանյութի մշակումներից բացառել քաղաքականությունը եւ վերանայել կանոնները, որ բարելավվի Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը եւ բոլոր երկրներին հիվանդությունները կանխելու ու դրանց արձագանքելու հնարավորություն ընձեռվի։

Ղազախստանի առաջնորդն առաջարկել է ստեղծել Մանրէաբանական անվտանգության միջազգային գործակալություն՝ 1972 թվականի Կենսաբանական զենքի արգելման մասին կոնվենցիայի հիմքի վրա, որը հաշվետու կլինի ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդին։ Նա առաջարկել է ՄԱԿ հովանու ներքո ստեղծել հիվանդությունների վերահսկման եւ անվտանգության տարածաշրջանային կենտրոնների ցանց։

Մեծ թվով առաջնորդներ նաեւ կոչ են արել, որ COVID-19-ի դեմ պատվաստանյութը հավասար տարածվի, իսկ Բոսնիա եւ Հերցեգովինայի նախագահության նախագահ Շեֆիկ Ջաֆերովիչն ասել է, որ այն պետք է հասանելի լինի «ամբողջ մարդկությանը»։

Ջաֆերովիչն ասել է, որ վերջին մի քանի տարիներին միջազգային կազմակերպություններում, ներառյալ ՄԱԿ-ում, տեղի է ունեցել «բազմակողմության անչափ ուժեղ ճգնաժամ», որը դարձել է «լուրջ վեճերի թեմա»։

Քանի որ վիրուսի հետեւանքով մահացածների գլոբալ թիվը մոտենում է 1 միլիոնին, շատ առաջնորդներ խոսել են այն մասին, թե իրենց երկրներում կյանքը որքան կտրուկ է փոխվել։
