36-ամյա տղամարդը վրեժի շարժառիթով ոտքերով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել զոքանչի գլխին՝ սպանելով նրան

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է 78-ամյա կնոջ սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2020թ. մայիսի 1-ին՝ ժամը 20-ի սահմաններում, 36-ամյա տղամարդն իրենց հետ համատեղ բնակվող զոքանչի հետ ունեցած տարաձայնությունների հետևանքով ձևավորված վրեժի շարժառիթով, նրան ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, անձնական հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ, Լոռու մարզի Ծաթեր բնակավայրի իր առանձնատանը ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել զոքանչի գլխի և մարմնի տարբեր մասերին` պատճառելով գանգուղեղի, պարանոցի, կրծքավանդակի ու վերջույթների պոլիտրավմայի ձևով վնասվածքներ: Այնուհետև, իր հանցավոր մտադրությունն
ավարտին հասցնելու նպատակով, առանձնատան բակում գտնվող հովվաշանը բերել է տուն և զոքանչի վրա հարձակվելու հրաման արձակել, որից հետո, հովվաշունը երախով բռնել է վերջինիս կոկորդը և թափահարել. արդյունքում՝ ստացած կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներից նա մահացել է:
