Բարեգործությունից ընտրակաշառք՝ մեկ քա՞յլ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ստացվում է այնպես, որ նախընտրական շրջանում օգնություն խնդրելը մի հարց է, օգնություն ստանալը՝ մեկ այլ: Եվ եթե մարդը բազում սոցիալական խնդիրներ ունենալով, չի կարողանում լուծել անգամ իր առողջական խնդիրները և որոշում է պատգամավորության թեկնածուին խնդրել, որ օգնի անհետաձգելի վիրահատություն կատարել, ապա ստացվում է, որ թե՛ իրեն է կրակը գցում, թե՛ այդ թեկնածուին: Ու հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ երկու քարի արանքում են հայտնվում թե՛ դիմողը և թե՛, օրինակ, պատգամավորության թեկնածուն:

Նման անելանելի իրավիճակում է հայտնվել նաև բարեգործ, բարերար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, երբ նախընտրական քարոզարշավի սկզբում իրենից օգնություն խնդրողներից մեկին խոստացել է օգնել: Այդ «դեպքին» ԿԸՀ–ն ահազանգել է՝ հայտարարելով, որ նման մոտեցումը օրենքի խախտում է և կարող է դիտվել որպես ընտրակաշառք: Դրանից հետո թեև Ծառուկյանը դադարել է մարդկանց օգնություն ցուցաբերելու մասին խոսել, բայց հասարակության խնդրանքը շարունակել է մնալ ու շարունակվել: Եվ պատկերացրեք, այդ ամենից հետո միայն Շիրակի մարզի քարոզարշավի ժամանակ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին փոխանցած նամակների ծավալը կազմել է երկու պարկ:

«Ծառուկյան» դաշինքից պատգամավորության թեկնածու առաջադրված Վարդևան Գրիգորյանը այդ նամակների բովանդակության մասին նշեց, որ մարդիկ մոտենում են հիմնականում սոցիալական խնդիրներով: Մի կին էլ Մանթաշ գյուղում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին ասել է, որ իր ամուսինը մահամերձ վիճակում է և 2700000 դրամ գումար է հարկավոր ստենտավորման համար: Խնդրել է օգնել իրենց ընտանիքին, սակայն Ծառուկյանն ասել է, որ կօգնի մի պայմանով՝ եթե տեղեկանք բերեն ԿԸՀ–ից, որ մահվան եզրին կանգնած մարդուն փրկելը նախընտրական կաշառք չէ:

Ստացվում է, որ նախընտրական շրջանում մարդիկ պետք է կամ հաշտվեն կյանքին հրաժեշտ տալու մտքի հետ, կամ էլ պետք է Աստծուն ապավինեն, որ իրենց այնքան ուժ տա, մինչև քարոզարշավ ասված այս մրցապայքարն ավարտվի: Եթե այդպես, ապա մահացողին օգնություն ցույց տվող ցանկացած անհատի կողմից իրականացված մարդկային քայլը կարող է ԿԸՀ–ի կողմից որպես ընտրակաշառք դիտվել:

Կա մի սահման, որն ինչպես պատգամավորության թեկնածուն չի կարող անցնել, այնպես է ԿԸՀ–ն: Եվ ամենևին էլ պետք չէ ընտրակաշառք հասկացությունն աբսուրդի մակարդակի հասցնել ու հանգիստ խղճով մարդկանց մահվան գիրկն ուղարկել:
