Գնդեվազում ծեծկռտուքի վերածված վեճը ծագել է օրեր առաջ, երբ ակցիա իրականացնողները հանքավայրում աշխատողների հասցեին հնչեցրել են սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ․ Ոստիկանությունը մանրամասներ է հայտնում

Սեպտեմբերի 15-ին, ժամը 22.40, մի քաղաքացի զանգահարել է ոստիկանություն և հայտնել, որ Գնդեվազ գյուղում մեծ կռիվ է: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը։

Ոստիկանության Ջերմուկի բաժնի ծառայողների ձեռնարկած անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ծեծկռտուքի վերածված վեճը ծագել է օրեր առաջ, երբ բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնողները, անտեսելով համընդհանուր ճանաչված բարոյական նորմերը, հանքավայրում աշխատող կամ աշխատելու ցանկություն հայտնած քաղաքացիների գործողությունները համարելով սխալ, իրենց առավելությունն ընդգծելու նպատակով հնչեցրել են սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ:

Այս հարցի շուրջ պարզաբանումների համար էլ սեպտեմբերի 15-ին, ժամը 22-ին, կողմերը հավաքվել են Գնդեվազ գյուղի բնակելի տների մոտ` «Խաչերի գլուխ» կոչվող վայրում: Կողմերից մեկական հոգի առանձնացել են, սակայն համաձայնության չգալով` սկսել են իրար հայհոյել ու հարվածել: Կռվին միջամտել են մյուսները, և անտեսելով, որ գտնվում են տների մոտ, բնակիչների ներկայությամբ մոտ 40 րոպե միմյանց հասցեին հնչեցրել են սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ, իրար հարվածել ձեռքերով, ոտքերով, քարերով, փայտե մահակներով ու երկաթե ձողերով` պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Զանգվածային վիճաբանության ժամանակ բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցներից մեկը, տեսնելով մոտեցող մի մեքենա, քարով կոտրել է դիմապակին: Նրա օրինակին հետևել են նաև բողոքի ակցիայի այլ մասնակիցներ, նաև քաշել-պոկել են մեքենայի էլեկտրական մալուխները:
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել ու վերցվել են փայտե մահակներ, երկաթյա ձողեր ու քարեր:

Խուլիգանության փաստով ոստիկանության Ջերմուկի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որն ուղարկվել է քննչական կոմիտե:

Առերևույթ խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով երեք հոգի բերման է ենթարկվել և ձերբակալվել: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

Ոստիկանությունը հորդորում է նմանատիպ ակցիաների մասնակից բոլոր կողմերին` գործել բացառապես օրինականության սահմաններում, հարգել այլոց իրավունքն ու ոչ մի պարագայում չխախտել հասարակական կարգը, այլապես իրավապահների միջամտությունը չի ուշանա:
