Բանակցել ենք գործարանների հետ, բանջարեղենն ամբողջ ծավալով կմթերվի․ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարություն

2 օր առաջ բանակցել ենք և պայմանավորվածություններ ենք ձեռք բերել, որ «Արարատ սննդի կոմբինատ»-ը մեծ ծավալով մթերումներ է կատարելու, իսկ Պռոշյանի գործարանը օրական մթերելու 1,5 տոննա հզորություն ունի, այդ քանակով պատրաստ է։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության Պարենային անվտանգության և ագրովերամշակման զարգացման վարչության պետ Գևորգ Ղազարյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Արմավիրի մարզի մի շարք գյուղերի բնակիչների կողմից բանջարեղենի մթերումների խնդրով բողոքի ակցիային։

Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ աջակցել են «Արարատ սննդի կոմբինատ»-ին, որ արտոնյալ պայմաններով վարկ ստանա մթերումները կազմակերպելու համար։ «Մենք մարզպետարանի մեր կոլեգաներին խնդրել ենք, որ հետադարձ կապը ապահովեն, որպեսզի ֆերմերներն այդ գործարաններում կարողանան ապրանքը հանձնել մթերման»,- նշեց Գևորգ Ղազարյանը։

Հարցին, թե «Արարատ սննդի կոմբինատ»-ի հետ բանակցե՞լ են, թե մթերումների ծավալը օրական որքան է լինելու, Գևորգ Ղազարյանն ասաց, որ կոմբինատը խոստացել է ամբողջ ծավալով մթերել, կապ չունի՝ գյուղացին ինչ ծավալով կտանի, բանջարեղենը կմթերվի։

Անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, որ վարկային արտոնություններ գործարաններին նախկինում էլ եղել են, ստացվում է, որ կամ գործարանները, կամ նախարարությունը պայմանավորվածությունները չեն պահել, կամ էլ համակարգման խնդիր է, Գևորգ Ղազարյանն ասաց․ «Նախկինում էլ վարկային արտոնություններ եղել են, բայց ոչ բոլորն են օգտվել, հիմա այդ ժամանակ իրենք վարկից օգտվելու անհրաժեշտությունը չեն ունեցել, երբ եղավ մթերումների հետ կապված խնդիրը, մենք խոսեցինք, իրենք պատրաստակամություն հայտնեցին, որ վարկից ներգրավեն և մթերումները կազմակերպեն»-մանրամասնեց Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության Պարենային անվտանգության և ագրովերամշակման զարգացման վարչության պետը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է գյուղացիների պնդումներին, որ այսօր էլ իրենց ապրանքը դեռ չեն մթերում Գևորգ Ղազարյանն ասաց, որ կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե կոնկրետ, որ գործարանի մասին է խոսքը, գուցե եղել են նաև կազմակերպչական խնդիրներ։

«Ես կրկին կապ կհաստատեմ մարզպետարանի գյուղվարչության պետի հետ, կհասկանանք՝ ինչ խնդիր է եղել, կկազմակերպենք մթերման գործընթացը», -ասաց նա։

Գևորգ Ղազարյանը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ Հանրապետությունում արդեն մոտ 30 հազար տոննայից ավել բանջարեղեն է մթերվել։
