Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության պետ Վահե Ղազարյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Անկախության տոնի առիթով:  ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի ուղերձում ասվում է․

 

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության կոլեգիայի անունից և անձամբ՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնակազմին, վետերաններին, աշխատակիցների ընտանիքներին շնորհավորում եմ Անկախության օրվա առթիվ:

Անկախ պետականությունը ազգերի գոյության միակ կերպն է, որ երաշխավորում է համակողմանի զարգացում ու հարատևություն:

Քսաներորդ դարի վերջին, երբ, ըստ էության, դրված էր մեր լինել-չլինելու հարցը, հայ ժողովուրդը ոչ միայն հավաստեց ապրելու կամքը, այլև վերահաստատեց ինքնիշխանության իր իրավունքը:

 

Եվ հպարտությամբ կարող ենք ասել, որ պետության կայացման այդ դժվար շրջանի բազմաթիվ ոլորտներում առաջին գծում ոստիկանությունն էր՝ մարտադաշտի վերածված Արցախի ու հայոց սահմանների պաշտպանությունից մինչև երկրի ներսում զինված հանցախմբերի վնասազերծում, մինչև ազգային ոստիկանության կառույցի ու գաղափարախոսության ձևավորում, նոր կադրերի պատրաստում և այլն:

Ոստիկանությունն այսօր էլ կանգնած է նորացող Հայաստանի զարգացման առաջնագծում, որպես հասարակական կարգի, օրինականության, քաղաքացու իրավունքների երաշխավոր ու պահապան:

Համոզված եմ, որ գալիք տասնամյակներն ու հարյուրամյակները նույնպես նվիրումի և անմնացորդ ծառայության տարիներ են լինելու:

Անկախության օրվա առթիվ կրկին շնորհավորում եմ Հայաստանի ոստիկանության անձնակազմին, Ոստիկանության զորքերի զինծառայողներին, մեր վետերաններին:
Հավերժ փառք մեր սահմանները թշնամուց պաշտպանելիս և ծառայողական պարտքը կատարելիս հերոսաբար զոհված մեր զինակիցներին:

Երջանկություն ու բարօրություն եմ մաղթում մեր քաղաքացիներին, խաղաղություն՝ մեր հայրենիքին՝ հայոց պետության ու պետականության հարատևման ճանապարհին»։
