Հանրակրթության վարչության պետի ժ/պ-ի ակնհայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունքը տնօրենների նկատմամբ (տեսանյութ)

Այսօր հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել Երևանի հանրակրթության վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Կարեն Սարգսյանի և դպրոցների տնօրենների միջև: Սակայն, վերջիններիս 1,5-2 ժամ սպասեցնելուց հետո հանրակրթության վարչության պետի ժ/պ-ն ժամանել է և ընդամենը 5 րոպե իրեն ներկայացնելուց հետո հեռացել դահլիճից։ Կարեն Սարգսյանն անգամ չի ներկայացրել ծրագիրն ու մեթոդաբանությունը, որով պատրաստվում է աշխատել նրանց հետ։ Այս հանգամանքը մանկավարժները որակել են որպես ակնհայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք հանրակրթության վարչության պետի նոր ժ/պ-ի կողմից:

Բնական է, որ երևույթը պետք է առաջացներ վաստակաշատ մանկավարժների մեծամասնության դժգոհությունն ու զայրույթը և կասկածի տակ դներ նորանշանակ պետի հետ համագործակցության հեռանկարը: Չի բացառվում նաև այն, որ մանկավարժները հանրակրթության վարչության պետի ժ/պ-ի աննրբանկատ վերաբերմունքով պայմանավորված դիմեն որոշակի քայլերի:

Տեսանյութում դահլիճում նստած տնօրեններն են, որոնք ժամերով ստիպված են եղել սպասել իրենց նոր ղեկավարի հետ հանդիպմանը։ 

Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ հանրակրթության վարչությունն ապահովում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության կրթական հաստատություններում պետական կրթական քաղաքականության իրականացումը՝ դպրոցական և նախադպրոցական բաժինների գործունեությամբ: Նորանշանակ ժ/պ-ի տվյալներից պարզ է դառնում, որ նա որևէ կապ չի ունեցել այդ ոլորտների հետ։  Կարեն Սարգսյանը սոցիալական կառավարման մասնագետ է, Ֆեյսբուքում բիզնես վարելու «դասեր է տալիս»։ Նրա նշանակումը երեկ ողջունել են փոխքաղաքապետ Տիգրան Վիրաբյանը, ավագանու «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամ Գրիգոր Երիցյանը:
