Տեղի է ունենում պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանի դեմ Զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասների հատուցման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենի ներկայացրած հայցի առաջին նիստը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասների հատուցման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենը (1000 դրամների հիմնադրամ) դատական հայց է ներկայացրել պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանի դեմ: Պահանջում են հերքել խորհրադարանում հնչեցրած հայտարարությունները, թե 1 մլրդ 900 մլն դրամ գումար չի փոխանցվել հիմնադրամին:

Պատգամավորը, դիմելով ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, հարցրել էր՝ ինչո՞ւ ամսական 63 միլիոն դրամ չի փոխանցվում 1000-ական դրամների հիմնադրամին: Նա մանրամասնել էր. «Իմ ձեռքում է աղյուսակը, որը փաստում է՝ այդ գումարների բացակայությունը և ի՞նչ է դրա հետ տեղի ունեցել:

Ինձ ասում են՝ խաբե՞ց վարչապետը: Ցավոք, մենք հիմա ԱԺ-ում չունենք պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյան, որը մի սուր հարց լիներ, անպայման կբարձրացներ: Ձեր բարի ավանդույթը Ձեր բացակայությամբ փորձեմ լրացնել»:
