Թրամփը հրաժարվել է չինական ByteDance ընկերությանը ավելի շատ ժամանակ տալ TikTok-ը վաճառելու համար

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հրաժարվել է չինական ByteDance տեխնոլոգիական հսկային ավելի շատ ժամանակ տրամադրել TikTok տեսահավելվածը վաճառելու համար, գրում է New York Post-ը:

«Մենք, այս երկրում անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով, կամ փակում ենք TikTok-ը, կամ այն կվաճառվի: Ես վերջնական ժամկետը չեմ երկարացնում»,- Միչիգան մեկնելուց առաջ լրագրողներին ասել է ԱՄՆ նախագահը:

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը օգոստոսի 6-ին հայտարարել էր TikTok-ի սեփականատեր ByteDance-ի հետ ԱՄՆ-ում գործարքների արգելման մասին՝ օգտագործողների անձնական տվյալների անվտանգության վերաբերյալ մտահոգությունների ֆոնին:

Արգելքն ուժի մեջ կմտնի հրամանագրի ստորագրումից 45 օր անց:

TikTok-ը եւ ընկերության աշխատակիցներից մեկը դատի են տվել Թրամփի վարչակազմին՝ գործարքը արգելող հրամանի կապակցությամբ՝ անվանելով այն նախագահական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ հակաչինական տրամադրություններ բորբոքելու պատրվակ:

Սակայն TikTok-ը պատրաստվում է ԱՄՆ-ի գործողությունների հնարավոր դադարեցմանը, եթե մինչեւ սեպտեմբերի կեսը չկարողանա գործարք կնքել բաժնետոմսերի հավանական գնորդի հետ, ասում են աղբյուրները: Ընկերությունը հուսով է, որ ցանկացած փակում ժամանակավոր կլինի, հավելել են նրանք:

TikTok-ի բաժնետոմսերը ձեռք բերելու համար պայքարող ամերիկյան ընկերությունների թվում են Microsoft Corp-ը եւ Oracle Corp-ը: Մանրածախ վաճառք Walmart Inc ընկերությունը հայտարարել է Microsoft-ի հետ համագործակցության մասին՝ TikTok-ի ամերիկյան ակտիվները գնելու համար:

ByteDance-ը մտադիր է բացառիկ բանակցություններ սկսել հավանական գնորդի հետ առաջիկա 24-48 ժամվա ընթացքում եւ գործարքը կնքել մինչեւ սեպտեմբերի 15-ը:

Գործարքը պետք է հավանության արժանանա ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Չինաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից: Ծրագրի նպատակն է նաեւ նախապատրաստել TikTok-ի գլոբալ գործողությունները այն հնարավորության համար, եթե երկու երկրներից մեկը արգելափակի գործարքը, ասում են աղբյուրները:

Այս շաբաթ ByteDance-ը TikTok-ը ստեղծողներին խնդրել է ծրագիր մշակել ԱՄՆ-ում հավելվածների անջատման դեպքում: ByteDance-ը փակման նախապատրաստումը համարում է որպես պահուստային ծրագիր եւ աշխատում է մի գործարքի վրա, որը թույլ կտա TikTok-ին շարունակել առանց խոչընդոտների աշխատել ԱՄՆ-ում:
