Հայաստանը շտապօգնության 10 ավտոմեքենա նվիրեց Արցախին. Դրանցից 3-ը ռեանիմոբիլներ են

Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ սեպտեմբերի 10-ի նիստում որոշում կայացրեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հաշվեկշռում հաշվառված շտապօգնության 3 ռեանիմոբիլները և 7 գծային ավտոմեքենաները՝ հագեցած բժշկական սարքավորումներով և պարագաներով (295,8 մլն դրամ հաշվեկշռային արժեքով), հետ վերցնել և նվիրաբերել Արցախի Հանրապետությանը՝ Գույքի նպատակային նշանակությամբ օգտագործման պայմանով:

Որոշման հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ որոշման նախագծի ընդունմամբ նախատեսվում է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հաշվեկշռում հաշվառված 2020 թվականին ձեռք բերված թվով 10 Ֆորդ տրանզիտ DLQ5030XJHA տեսակի ավտոմեքենաները հետ վերցնել և նվիրաբերել Արցախի Հանրապետությանը:

Նախագիծը նպատակ ունի աջակցել Արցախի առողջապահության համակարգի շտապ բժշկական օգնության ծառայության շրջանակներում իրականացվող ամենօրյաաշխատանքներին, նպաստել դրանց որակի և հասանելիության բարձրացմանը։

Նվիրաբերվող ավտոմեքենաներից 3-ը շտապ բժշկական օգնության ռեանիմոբիլներ են՝ հագեցված 9 անուն շտապ բժշկական օգնության ցուցաբերման համար անհրաժեշտ սարքավորումներով և առաջին օգնության պայուսակով, որն իր հերթին հագեցված է պացիենտին առաջին օգնության ցուցաբերման համար անհրաժեշտ պարագաներով։

Մյուս 7 ավտոմեքենան գծային ավտոմեքենաներ են, նույնպես հագեցած 6 անուն անհրաժեշտ բժշկական սարքերով և առաջին օգնության պայուսակով։

Նախագիծը մշակվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության հետ համագործակցության և աջակցության շրջանակներում։

Նվիրաբերվող թվով 10 շտապ բժշկական օգնության ավտոմեքենաները ունեն բարձր անցանելիություն և հնարավորինս հարմարեցված են Արցախի Հանրապետության լեռնային ռելիեֆին։

Սույն նախագծի ընդունմամբ ակնկալվում է նպաստել Արցախի ազգաբնակչությանը մատուցվող բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման ծառայությունների որակի, հասանելիության բարելավմանը, ինչպես նաև հզորացնել Արցախի առողջապահական համակարգի նյութատեխնիկական բազան։ 

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հույս հայտնեց, որ դրանք Արցախում շատ չեն օգտագործվի, միայն ծննդօգնության նպատակներով:
