Թրամփի կարողությունը մեկ տարում կրճատվել է 600 մլն դոլարով

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի կարողությունը մեկ տարվա ընթացքում կրճատվել է 600 մլն դոլարով, հաղորդում է ամերիկյան հեղինակավոր Forbes հանդեսը, որը նախօրեին հրապարակել է ԱՄՆ-ի 400 ամենահարուստ մարդկանց նոր վարկանիշային ցանկը: Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարը վարկանիշային ցանկում զիջել է իր դիրքերը՝ նախորդ տարվա 275-րդ հորիզոնականից իջնելով 352-րդ հորիզոնական։

Թրամփը կորցրել է իր կապիտալի գրեթե 20 տոկոսը. նախագահի ունեցվածքը վարկանիշային ցանկը կազմելիս գնահատվել է 2,5 մլրդ դոլար: Նշվում է, որ գլխավոր պատճառը կորոնավիրուսի համավարակն է։ Թրամփի հիմնական ակտիվը անշարժ գույքն է, իսկ գրասենյակային շենքերի ու հյուրանոցների արժեքը համավարակի ֆոնին անկում է ապրել։

Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում արժեքի ամենամեծ անկումն արձանագրել է Թրամփի՝ Մայամիում գտնվող  National Doral գոլֆի ակումբը՝ 114 մլն դոլար․ այն այժմ գնահատվում է ընդամենը 28 մլն դոլար:

Զգալիորեն էժանացել է նաև Թրամփի՝ Նյու Յորքում գտնվող անշարժ գույքը։ Մասնավորապես՝ մի քանի միլիոնով էժանացել են Trump Parc, Trump Plaza և Trump International Hotel & Tower շենքերը: Թանկացել է միայն Trump World Tower աշտարակը՝ 2 մլն դոլարով։

Նյու Յորքից դուրս մեծ վնասներ է կրել Վաշինգտոնում գտնվող Trump International Hotel-ը։
Թրամփի հյուրանոցային բիզնեսն էժանացել է 24 մլն դոլարով․ այն այժմ գնահատվում է 56 մլն դոլար։

Նշվում է, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ դառնալուց հետո Թրամփի կարողությունը կրճատվել է մոտավորապես 1 մլրդ դոլարով․ 2016 թվականի ամենահարուստ ամերիկացիների վարկանիշում նրա կապիտալը գնահատվել է 3,7 մլրդ դոլար։
