«Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության հիմնադիր նախագահ Արթուր Ղազինյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝

Խիստ անհարմար հարցում ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանին: Անհամբեր սպասում ենք պատասխանին, ավելի շուտ պատասխանելուց հրաժարվելուն... 

Հարգելի պարոն Թորոսյան,

2020թ․ մարտի 1-ին «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչությունը որոշում կայացրեց չեղարկել Մարտի 1-ի զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված երթը՝ կապված Հայաստանում գրանցված կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդացության առաջին դեպքի հետ։

Որոշման մեջ մասնավորապես նշված էր, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակում առաջնային է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հորդորներին հետևելը և կանխարգելիչ բոլոր միջոցառումների ձեռնարկումը։

Ուսումնասիրելով, ՀՀ ԱՆ պաշտոնական և Ձեր Facebook-յան էջերը, ինչպես նաև տվյալ օրվա ԶԼՄ-ների հրապարակումները, մեզ չհաջողվեց գտնել որևէ հորդոր, կամ նախազգուշացում՝ կապված ստեղծված իրավիճակում զանգվածային միջոցառումներից զերծ մնալու և կանխարգելիչ բոլոր միջոցառումները ձեռնարկելու հետ։
Հետևաբար, խնդրում եմ պատասխանել հետևյալ հարցերին․

1․ Հաստատեք կամ հերքեք, Ձեր կողմից «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանը ներկայացված՝ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկելու նպատակով Մարտի 1-ի երթը չեղարկելու մասին հորդորի փաստը;

2․ Այդպիսի հորդորի առկայության դեպքում խնդրում եմ հայտնել տրամադրման ձևը․ գրավոր կամ բանավոր, գաղտնի կամ հրապարակային լինելու մասով։

3․ Ի՞նչ բնույթի, ծավալի և խորության կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների մասին եք հորդորել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանը։

4․ Ինչո՞վ էր պայմանավորված մարդկանց կյանքի և առողջության համար կենսական վտանգ ներկայացնող տեղեկատվությունը հասարակությունից գաղտնի պահելու և միայն «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանը ներկայացնելու փաստը։

5․ Չե՞ք կարծում արդյոք, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանն ուղղված հորդորի հրապարակային լինելու պարագայում ՀՀ քաղաքացիները ձեռնպահ կմնային ընտանեկան բնույթի զանվածային միջոցառումներ կազմակերպելուց, ինչի արդյունքում հնարավոր կլիներ կանխել Նոր կորոնավիրուսային վարակի անկառավարելի տարածումը և փրկել շուրջ 1150 մարդու կյանք։
