Ինչով են տարբերվում սպիտակ և շագանակագույն ձվերն իրարից.ՊԱՐՏԱԴԻՐ ԿԱՐԴԱ ՍԱ

Սննդաբանները ձուն կատարյալ սնունդ են համարում մարդու համար, քանի որ ձուն ճարպերի, սպիտակուցների և ածխաջրերի, ինչպես նաև մի շարք վիտամինների և օգտակար հանքանյութերի օպտիմալ բալանսավորված քանակություն է պարունակում։

Սակայն գալով խանութ՝ մենք տարբեր գույների, տարբեր մակնշումներով և գներով ձվեր ենք տեսնում։ Եվ շատ դժվար է լինում հասկանալը, թե որն է պետք գնել։

Positive-ի հետ միասին այսօր կփորձենք պարզել մեզ հուզող այս հարցերի պատասխանները։

Սկսենք գույնից։ Կեղևի արտաքին գույնը կախված է հավի տեսակից, մնացած առումներով սպիտակ և շագանակագույն ձվերը միմյանցից չեն տարբերվում։ Գույնից դուք երբեք չեք իմանա՝ ձվերը տնական են, թե ոչ։

Նույն ձևով նաև նշանակություն չունի դեղնուցի գույնը։ Ավելի հագեցած դեղին գույնը կարող է միայն վկայել այն մասին, որ հավին կերակրել են կերատինով հարուստ ինչ-որ մի բանով՝ օրինակ գազարի շրոտով։

Այսպիսով, շագանակագույն եւ սպիտակ կճեպով ձվերը իրարից ոչնչով չեն տարբերվում, և դա անգամ մակնշված է ձվի տուփերի վրա։ Դրանք պարունակում են մոտ 70 կալորիա, 6 գրամ սպիտակուցներ, ինչպես նաեւ մեծ քանակությամբ վիտամին В։ Սովորաբար սպիտակ փետուրներով հավերը ածում են սպիտակ ձվեր, իսկ շագանակագույն փետուրներով հավերը՝ շագանակագույն, և դա շատ բնական է։

Խանութում սովորաբար ձվերը այլ մթերքներից առանձին են դրված լինում։ Տանն էլ աշխատեք, որ դրանք առանձին լինեն։ Բանն այն է, որ ձվի կեղևը ծակոտկեն է և հեշտությամբ քաշում է այլ մթերքների հոտերը։

Ամփոփելով ասենք, որ մեծ տարբերություն՝ տնական և խանութի ձվերի մեջ չկա։ Դրանք կարող են տարբերվել բաղադրությամբ միայն ըստ կերի։ Գույնն ու զանգվածը առանձնապես նշանակություն չունեն։ Միայն թե ուշադիր եղեք, որ ձուն ճաքած չլինի, քանի որ այդ դեպքում անգամ ամենափոքր ճաքի միջից կարող են վնասակար միկրոօրգանիզմներ ներթափանցել։
