Ադրբեջանի դատարանը որոշել է փոխել այդ երկրի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Ռահիմ Ղազիևի խափանման միջոցը և կալանքը փոխարինել տնային կալանքով: Այդ որոշումը բավականին հետաքրքիր է, որովհետև, հիշեցնենք՝ Ղազիևին ձերբակալել էին տավուշյան մարտերի ընթացքում նրա հայտարարությունների համար: Իսկ նա հայտարարել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունը հանձնում է Թովուզի շրջանը, կրում է ծանր պարտություն: Ինչո՞ւ է Բաքուն փոխում Ղազիևի խափանման միջոցը: Հնարավոր է, որ նա եկել է պայմանավորվածության և խոստացել այլևս չանել Բաքվի պարտությունը մերկացնող հայտարարություններ: Բայց հազիվ թե Ալիևը գնար այդպիսի համաձայնության: Դա նրա ինչին է պետք, երբ Ղազիևը ըստ էության չունի քաղաքական որևէ էական կշիռ և նշանակություն: Իսկ գուցե պատկերը հակառակն է՝ նշանակություն նա ունի, և հենց այդտեղ է թաղված, այսպես ասած, խափանման միջոցի փոփոխության «գլուխը»: Պարզապես այլ է համատեքստը: Պարտության մասին բարձրաձայնող Ղազիևի խափանման միջոցը փոխելով, Բաքուն, ըստ ամենայնի, ազդակ է հղում Մոսկվային, որին մի քանի անգամ ակնարկներով մեղադրել է այդ պարտության համար՝ դժգոհելով, որ Ռուսաստանը սատարել կամ չի խանգարել հայերին, և Տավուշից հետո էլ զինում է նրանց: Ղազիևը, որ ընդհանրապես պարբերաբար ինչ-որ սկանդալային մերկացումներ է անում ալիևյան իշխանության առումով, ամենայն հավանականությամբ դիտարկվում է իբրև մոսկովյան հովանու ներքո դրանք անող գործիչ, այլապես Ալիևը հարցերը լուծել էր թերևս վաղուց: Ադրբեջանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի արտաքին հարցերի պատասխանատու Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը Շոյգուի Բաքու այցից հետո հայտարարեց, թե դժգոհ են Հայաստանին սպառազինություն տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ իրենց մտահոգությանը հաջորդած պարզաբանումներից: Ռուսաստանը, սակայն, կարծես թե ուշադրության չարժանացրեց Հաջիևի տրտնջը: Բաքուն տեսնում է, որ իր պայմանն
