Հաց բերող Արթուր Սարգսյանին փետրվարի 9-ին երկրորդ անգամ կալանավորելու որոշում կայացրած դատավոր Արթուր Մկրտչյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով է ներկայացրել իր եկամուտների մասին հայտարարագիրը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արթուր Սարգսյանը հացադուլ հայտարարեց փետրվարի 10-ին՝ դատավոր Արթուր Մկրտչյանի կալանավորելու մասին կայացրած որոշումից մեկ օր անց: Դատարանը բավարարել էր Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության կոռուպցիոն, կազմակերպված և պաշտոնեական հանցագործությունների քննության վարչության պետի տեղակալ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Էդիկ Հակոբյանի միջնորդությունը Արթուր Սարգսյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու մասին:

Ըստ հայտարարագրի, Արթուր Մկրտչյանը նախորդ տարի ունեցել է ընդամենը 1 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ, որը հարկային տարվա վերջում դարձել է 1 միլիոն 650 հազար դրամ: Նախորդ տարի նա եկամուտ է ստացել աշխատավարձից եւ կենսաթոշակից: Աշխատավարձը կազմել է 7.4 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ կենսաթոշակը՝ 5.5 միլիոն դրամ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, նա 13 միլիոն դրամ եկամուտ է ստացել: Դատավորի կինը՝ Իրինա Հակոբյանը, նույնպես հայտարարագրի համաձայն համեստ դրամական միջոցներ ունի: Նախորդ տարի նա ունեցել է ընդամենը 450 հազար դրամ, իսկ եկամուտը, որը գոյացել է աշխատավարձից եւ կենսաթոշակից, կազմել է 600 հազար դրամ: Երեւան քաղաքի Արաբկիր եւ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավորն ու իր կինը էթիկայի հանձնաժողով չեն ներկայացրել իրենց ունեցվածքի (անշարժ կամ շարժական գույք, բաժնեմաս, փոխառություն եւ այլն) մասին որեւէ փաստաթուղթ՝ օգտվելով այս ոլորտը կարգավորող օրենսդրական բացերից: Մեզ հաջողվեց պարզել, որ Արթուր Մկրտչյանը հաշվառված է Սյունիքի մարզկենտրոն Կապան քաղաքի բնակարաններից մեկում, իսկ Իրինա Հակոբյանը՝ Երեւանի Մոսկովյան փողոցում՝ Հովհաննես Թումանյանի տուն-թանգարանի հարակից շենքում:
