Բավարարվել է փաստաբան Տ․Աթանեսյանի բողոքը՝ Դ.Սանասարյանի կողմից երեխային վրաերթի ենթարկելու վերաբերյալ քրգործը կարճելու քննիչի որոշման դեմ․ գործի քննությունը կվերսկսվի

Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Կենտրոն նստավայրում դատավոր Աննա Մաթևոսյանը Դավիթ Սանասարյանի կողմից մանկահասակ երեխային վրաերթի ենթարկելու վերաբերյալ քրեական գործը գործը կարճելու՝ քննիչի որոշման դեմ փաստաբան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի ներկայացրած բողոքը ճանաչեց հիմնավորված: Նիստը ընթանում էր դռնբաց:

Նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Տիգրան Աթանեսյանն ասաց, որ իր ներկայացրած բողոքը բավարարվել է և պետք է քննություն վերսկսվի։ Ըստ նրա՝ պետք է փորձաքննության առարկա դարձնել բոլոր հանգամանքները և ելակետային տվյալները:

«Հնարավոր է ունենանք պատկեր, որ Դավիթ Սանասարյանը մեղավոր է տեղի ուենցած վրաերթի մեջ՝ դրանից բխող հետևանքներով»,-ասաց նա:

Նշենք, որ ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողության ծառայության լիազորությունները ժամանակավոր կասեցված պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանի կողմից 9-ամյա երեխայի վրաերթի ենթարկելու փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով ՃՈ հետաքննիչի կողմից հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Համաձայն դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացության՝ վրաերթի հետևանքով երեխայի առողջությանը պատճառվել է միջին ծանրության վնաս, սակայն գործը հետագայում կողմից  կարճվել էր:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 12-ին ժամը 14:30-ի սահմաններում, Դավիթ Սանասարյանը Կիևյան 4 հասցեում գտնվող շենքի կամարանցումի (դալան) մոտ վրաերթի է ենթարկել 9-ամյա Ա.Ղևոնդյանին:
