Ինչո՞ւ են ԵՊՀ-ում թանկացել վարձավճարները. ռեկտորի ԺՊ Գեղամ Գեւորգյանի պարզաբանումը

Դեռեւս այս տարվա մարտին գիտխորհրդի նիստում համարյա միաձայն որոշվել է նոր վարձաչափերը: Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց Երեւանի պետական համալսարանի ռեկտորի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ակադեմիկոս, դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Գեղամ Գեւորգյանը՝ անդրադառնալով  վարձավճարների բարձրացմանը: 

«Այդ ժամանակ ասում էին՝ չե՞ք վախենում, որ դիմորդ չի լինի, ես ասում էի կլինի: Բայց մայիսի վերջին, երբ համավարակի հետեւանքով տնտեսական սահմանափակումները ամենախիստն էին, այդ ժամանակ եղավ 4060 դիմում այդ վարձերով ընդունվելու: Ընդ որում, դիմումների կեսը ամենաբարձր վարձավճարով մասնագիտությունների գծով էր: Հիմա երբ եղել է ընդունելությունը, մարդիկ կնքում են պայմանագրեր, մի շարք անձինք, առանձին քաղաքական ուժեր, պատգամավորներ սկսում են խոսել վարձերի բարձր լինելու մասին:  Ես համաձայն եմ, որ  շատերի համար դա բարձր է, բայց այստեղ կա երկու կողմ. մեկը ծառայություն է մատուցում, մյուսը ծառայություն է ստանում: Մեր ծառայությունները մենաշնորհային չեն, նույն մասնագիտություններ գծով կան այլ առաջարկներ շուկայում: Մարդիկ կարող են ընտրել;: Եթե ընտրել են այս գնով այս մասնագիտությունը, ուրեմն իրենց ձեռք է տալիս, ուրեմն այսպես են ուզում»,-ընդգծեց Գեւորգյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ վարձավճարների 7 տոկոսի չափով զեղչ են կիրառում ուոշ ուսանողների համար, ինչը ամրագրված է օրենքով. «Մենք տարիներ շարունակ 20-50 տոկոսի չափով զեղչ ենք տրամադրում ուսանողներին, որոշ դեպքերում 100 տոկոս»,-ասաց նա ընդգծելով, որ եթե նախատեսվածից ավելի զեղչ են անում, դա ուսանողի մոտ համարվում է եկամուտ, որի համար հարկային պարտավորություններ են վճարում:
