Որպես Արցախի Հանրապ­ետության նախագահ պաշտոնավարելու տարին­երին Դուք հետևողակ­ան ջանքեր եք գործադր­ել Արցախի պետականո­ւթյան ամրապնդման, անվտանգության ապահովմա­ն, սոցիալ-տնտեսական բարեփոխումների իրականացման ուղղությամբ: Ձեր զբաղեցրած տարբեր պետական պաշտոններ­ում, հասարակական ու ազգային գործունեության մեջ Դուք մշտապես աչքի եք ընկել հայրենիքին նվիրվածությամբ ու բարձր պատասխանատվությամբ։
