«Իրավական ուղի» ՀԿ ղեկավար, իրավապաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել՝ անդրադառնալով ՍԴ-ի և Վճռաբեկ դատարանի միավորման վերաբերյալ Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանձնաժողովի որոշմանը։ Նա մասնավորապես նշել է, որ Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանձնաժողովի՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանը և վճռաբեկ դատարանը միավորելու ու Գերագույն դատարան ստեղծելու անպատրաստ որոշումը լուրջ հակազդեցության է արժանանալու հատկապես մասնագիտական շրջանակներում, ուստի Գերագույն դատարանի կողմնակիցները նոր, թարմ գաղափարների կարիք ունեն։ Գրառումը՝ ստորև․

«Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանձնաժողովի՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանը և վճռաբեկ դատարանը միավորելու ու Գերագույն դատարան ստեղծելու անպատրաստ որոշումը, ինչպես երևում է՝ լուրջ հակազդեցության է արժանանալու հատկապես մասնագիտական շրջանակներում, ուստի Գերագույն դատարանի պալատական կողմնակիցները նոր, թարմ գաղափարների կարիք ունեն՝ իրենց բաղձանքն իրականացնելու համար։

Օրինակ, կարելի է կատարել «քայլ ձիով» ու Գերագույն դատարանում միավորել ոչ թե Սահմանադրական դատարանը և Վճռաբեկ դատարանը, այլ Արդարադատության նախարարությունն ու Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը, կամ, օրինակ, բացել «Գերագույն դատարան» ՀԿ ու գերագույն հաճույք ստանալ այդ մանր «խորամանկությունից» (միտքը հեղինակային չէ - երեկ Թումանյան-Նալբանդյան խաչմերուկին նկատեցի նորաստեղծ «Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան» ՀԿ-ի փառավոր գրասենյակը՝ իր «օրիգինալ» դրոշով ու խորհրդանիշով)։

Մի խոսքով, «ձիով քայլերի» տարբերակները շատ են, իսկ Գերագույն դատարանի անկեղծ կողմնակիցները թերևս սպասեն ավելի հարմար ժամանակների, երբ բանավեճին կմասնակցեն ոչ թե պատահական մարդիկ, այլ հեղինակություն վաստակած մասնագետներն ու հանրային գործիչները»։
