«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Վերջին օրերին իրավապահները եռանդով լծվել են «օրենքով գողերի», քրեական հեղինակությունների և ենթամշակույթի դեմ պայքարին։ Թեպետ նման խոստումներ տալիս էին դեռ 1 տարի առաջ, բայց դրանք գործնական տեսք են ստացել վերջին օրերին։

Իսկ վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում «օրենքով գողերի» բերման ենթարկելու, ձերբակալելու, կալանավորելու բազմաթիվ դեպքեր եղան, այդ թվում՝ Անդրանիկ Սողոյանը (հայտնի «Զապ» մականվամբ), Գևորգ Մելիքյանը՝ Օշականցի Գևորիկը, Արտյոմ Կանևսկոյը, Գող Ալոն՝ Ալեքսանդր Մակարյանը և այլք։

Փորձ է արվում քրեածին տարրերի դեմ գործողությունները կապել «Նուբարաշեն», «Արմավիր», «Վանաձոր» ՔԿՀ-ներում հատուկ ջոկատայինների կողմից կատարված գործողությունների հետ։ Ավելին, Օշականցու ձերբակալության հաղորդագրությամբ ասվում է, որ ազատության մեջ գտնվող քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող անձանց կողմից ՔԿՀ-ներում պահվող անձանց նկատմամբ իրականացվել է վերահսկողություն:

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ գողականների այս «որսը» նաև քաղաքական դրդապատճառ ունի։ Ներքաղաքական անկայուն իրավիճակում իշխանությունները փորձում են բռնել նրանց վախը, քանի որ գաղտնիք չէ, որ օրենքով գողերն ու գողականները բավականին մեծ ազդեցության դաշտ ունեն և նախկինում համագործակցել են գործող իշխանությունների հետ, եթե նրանք որոշեն պայքարել գործողների դեմ, ապա իշխանությունների վիճակը շատ կբարդանա։
