Բանակն է մնացել Հայաստանի ամենակենսունակ և ամենաարդյունավետ գործող համակարգը․ Արթուր Ղազինյան

Իր հարցազրույցում Ղազինյանն անդրադարձ է կատարել ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմին, այն պարտություն որակող քաղաքական միավորներին և մասնավորապես նշել՝

Ես երկար ժամանակ փորձում եմ հասկանալ, թե ինչով են առաջնորդվում ապրիլյան պատերազմը պարտություն որակող քաղաքական միավորները, ինչ են ուզում իրենք, առհասարակ։

Լավ հասկանալի է իշխանության դեմ ինչ որ գործընթաց, հասկանալի է ընդիմություն` ամեն գնով իշխանություն ունենալու, պաշտպանության նախարարությունը վերցնելու մոլուցք։ Բայց մի թե՞ կարելի է պետության դեմ գործողություն կատարել, պետության դեմ խոսել ու գործել, կամ առավել ևս Հայաստան բերել ադրբեջանական քարոզչությունը։ Յաշման չի կարող հաղթել հայկական բանակին, դա հնարավոր չէ։

Հայաստանում չի կարող այդպիսի բան լինել, չի կարող պարտվել Ուրֆանյանը, Ադամը, նրանք չեն կարող պարտվել։ Երբ խոսում եք հայկական բանակի, պետության պարտության մասին, իրականում կասկածի տակ եք դնում հայկական բանակի արդյունավետ գործունեությունը։

2016 թվականին, երբ իշխանության ղեկին էր Սերժ Սարգսյանը բավական վիճահարույց և վտանգավոր հայտարարություններ եղան, ինչու՞ այդ ժամանակ միջոցներ չձեռնարկվեցին, որպեսզի հակապետական գործունեություն իրականացնող տարրերի նկատմամբ սկսվեր քրեական օրենսգրքով նախատեսված գործընթաց։ Կար պատերազմական իրավիճակ և իշխանությունը պարտավոր էր ապահովել պետության կենսունակությունը և ներքին դիմադրողականությունը։

21-րդ դարում պետությունը զենքով չեն գրավում, ընդամենը ֆինասավորում են գործընթացներ, որոնք բերում են պետության ներքին կազմաքանդման, ներքին դիմադրողականության անկման։ Այստեղ է, որ իշխանությունը պետք է համարձակություն ունենա որոշում կայացնել ցուցադրելու պետության ուժը, դիրքը։ Դիմադրողունա՞կ է, թե՞ տեղի է տալիս օտարերկրյա գործակալական ցանցի անհիմն և վարկաբեկիչ տեղեկատվության տարածմանը։

Իրականում ես սպասում էի, որ դեռ 2016 թվականին պետք էր արվեր այն, ինչ հիմա է արվում, այսինքն 4 տարի անցել է և մենք հիմա նորից վերադառնում ենք 2016թ պարտվե՞լ ենք, թե՞ հաղթել։ Դա վեճ չէ, մենք չենք պարտվել և չենք կարող պարտվել։

Բանակն է մնացել Հայաստանի ամենակենսունակ և ամենաարդյունավետ գործող համակարգը, որն ապահովում է Հայաստանի արտաքին անվտանգությունը։ Բնական է որ օտարերկրյա գործակալական ցանցը պետք է փորձեր մուտք գործել նաև բանակ և բանակի ներսում սկսեր գործընթացներ, այն ինչ տեղի է ունենում մնացած բոլոր ոլորտներում, իսկ բանակը կարծես թե անխոցելի է, նրանց չի հաջողվում կազմաքանդել բանակը։
