Կալանավորվել է «օրենքով գող» «Զապը»

 

Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողները հետեւողական գործողությունների շնորհիվ բացահայտել են քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձանց կողմից քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորում ղեկավարելու, ինչպես եւ տարբեր անձանց կողմից այդպիսի խմբավորմանը մասնակցելու եւս մեկ դեպք:

Ոսիկանությունից հայտնում են, որ մի քաղաքացի  մեկ այլ քաղաքացուց հուլիսին հափշտակել է մոտ 4 միլիոն դրամ արժողությամբ ապրանք, ինչից հետո, այսպես կոչված՝«քրեական հեղինակություն» հանդիսացող անձի կողմից ղեկավարվող քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորման անդամը տվյալ անձին տարել է իր մոտ եւ հափշտակված ապրանքի վերադարձման հարցի շուրջ պարզաբանումներ սկսել նրա հետ: Դրա մասին տեղեկացել է, այսպես  կոչված՝ «օրենքով գող» Անդրանիկ Ս.-ն։ Վերջինս, մեկ այլ անձի միջոցով, իր անունից հրահանգել է «քրեական հեղինակություն» հանդիսացող անձին դադարեցնել պարզաբանումները՝ հետագայում վերը նշված խնդիրը իր կողմից լուծելու պայմանով:

Այսպես կոչված՝ «քրեական հեղինակությունը», այնուհետեւ հրահանգել է իր ղեկավարած խմբավորման անդամին՝ հափշտակություն կատարած անձին բերել իր մոտ, ապա նրան բաց է թողել, ինչի մասին տեղյակ է պահել, այսպես կոչված՝ «օրենքով գողին»։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՔՈԳՎ-ում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որն ուղարկվել է Քննչական կոմիտե։ 52-ամյա Անդրանիկ Ս.-ն կալանավորված է։
