SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր. օր.-ի 185 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի /գույքը դիտավորությամբ ոչնչացնելը, կամ վնասելը, որը կատարվել է խոշոր չափերի վնաս պատճառելով/ հատկանիշով: Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշած քրգործը հարուցվել է այս տարվա հունվարի 7-ին, ժամը 14:00-ի սահմաններում անհայտ անձի կամ անձանց կողմից Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Նորատուս գյուղի Վարդան Մամիկոնյան փողոցի թիվ 12 հասցեում գտնվող, նույն գյուղի բնակիչ, նույն գյուղի համայնքի ղեկավար, 46-ամյա Մուրադ Մեխակի Հարությունյանին պատկանող բենզալիցքավորման 2 սարքերը, բենզալցակայանին կից աշխատասենյակի և խեցգետնի փաթեթավորման արտադրամասի շինությունների դռներ ու պատուհանները, այնտեղ եղած Սամսունգ տեսակի հեռուստացույցը, սառնարանը, նշված հատվածում կայանված, նույն գյուղի բնակիչ, 39-ամյա Ամուր Ասոյանին պատկանող Mercedes մակնիշի 34 AR 691 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի դիմապակին, կողային ապակիներն ու լուսարձակները կոտրելու , ինչպես նաև բեռնախցիկի սառնարանի համակարգը վնասելու փսատով: Ըստ փորձագետի նախնական եզրակացության՝ գյուղապետին պատճառվել է մոտ 890 հազար դրամի գույքային վնաս:
