Դատական կարգով վիճարկելու եմ Գևորգ Մուրադյանի՝ ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնում նշանակման հիմքերը․ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ (տեսանյութ)

Գևորգ Մուրադյանի՝ ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնում նշանակման հիմքերը վիճարկելի են, և ես վիճարկելու եմ դատաիրավական կարգով: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ Մենուա Սողոմոնյանը:

«Միանշանակ է, որ Գևորգ Մուրադյանը ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության «սրտի» թեկնածուն է: Այս ամենի նպատակը համալսարանի տոտալ վերահսկողություն իրականացնելն է: Նախարարության թեկնածուն էլ Վահրամ Դումանյանն է»,-նշեց նա:

Սողոմոնյանն ասաց, թե նիստի ընթացքում առաջարկել է դադարեցնել ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի գործերի կառավարիչ Վահան Պապիկյանի և «Մետրիկա» ՍՊԸ-ի հիմնադիր Գևորգ Մուրադյանի լիազորությունները, քանի որ նրանց նշանակման ու գործունեության հետ կապված առկա են ԵՊՀ կանոնադրության, ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի աշխատակարգի դրույթների խախտումներ կամ սուբյեկտիվ ու խնդրահարույց մեկնաբանություններ:

«Խորհրդի անդամներից որևէ մեկի նշանակման հետ կապված իրավական խնդրի դեպքում խորհրդի կողմից կայացվող ցանկացած որոշում առոչինչ է համարվում: Ես հստակ ներկայացրի խորհրդի երկու անդամների՝ Գևորգ Մուրադյանի և Վահան Պապիկյանի նշանակման հետ կապված իրավական բնույթի խնդիրները: Առաջարկս մերժվեց հիմնականում խորհրդի արտահամալսարանական անդամների կողմից, որոնք նշանակված են ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության կողմից»,-ասաց նա՝ նշելով, թե այդուհետ լքել է նիստերի դահլիճը:

«Դուրս եկա խորհրդից, որովհետև անիմաստ եմ համարում այս ակնհայտ կրկեսի ու ֆարսի պայմաններում շարունակել իմ գործունեությունը, մասնակցել քննարկումների և քվեարկության: Մենք ունենք մի իրավիճակ, երբ արտահամալսարանական անդամները միասնական են, ամեն ինչ հստակ սահմանված, թելադրված է, միաձայն քվեարկում են, և ևս 2-3 հոգի էլ համալսարանից է աջակցում նրանց»,-նշեց նա:

Սողոմոնյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ Գևորգ Մուրադյանը, երբ զբաղեցրել է Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի պաշտոնը, քաղաքական պատվերով հրավիրված նիստեր են եղել, նա չի պահպանել Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամի պաշտոնից բխող իր պարտականությունները. «Մուրադյանը պետք է ԵՊՀ-ի շահերից բխող պարտականությունները կատարեր, ոչ թե այլ մարդու ասածը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր տեղի ունեցավ ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդրանիկ նիստը: Լրագրողների թույլ չտվեցին լուսաբանել այն՝ որպես հիմնավորում ներկայացնելով պարետի այն որոշումը, որ մեկ վայրում 40 հոգուց ավելի անձ չի կարող գտնվել: Նշենք նաև, որ ԵՊՀ մամուլի խոսնակ Գևորգ Էմին-Տերյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղեկացրել է, որ Գևորգ Մուրադյանն ընտրվել է ԵՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ:
