Տնտեսական թարս կապույտ

 
 
Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ գազը խոշոր սպառողների, ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների և վերամշակող կազմակերպությունների համար թանկացել է։ Համաձայնեք, որ երկրում առկա սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակի պայմաններում հերթական թանկացումն առաջիկայում ապրանքների շղթայական թանկացման է հանգեցնելու։
 
Մասնագետների գնահատմամբ՝ աշնանը երկիրը տնտեսական բավական բարդ վիճակում է հայտնվելու։ Չմոռանանք, որ կորոնավիրուսի հետևանքով առաջացած խնդիրները, տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշների կտրուկ անկումը, արտահանման կրճատումը, գործազրկության մեծացումը, փակված բիզնեսները, հարկային եկամուտների նվազումը, ներդրումների բացակայությունը և շատ ու շատ խնդիրներ տնտեսական վիճակն օրեցօր ավելի են վատթարացնում։ Ունենք մի իրավիճակ, որ այսօր Հայաստանի ներքին թիվ մեկ խնդիրը սոցիալական ճգնաժամի հաղթահարումն է, այսինքն՝ տնտեսական լուրջ ռազմավարության մշակումը։
 
Ամիսներ առաջ, երբ Հայաստանում նոր էր կորոնավիրուսը հաստատվել, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց թե.
«Սա լավ հնարավորությունն է, որպեսզի կարողանանք դրսի շուկայում հարթակներ զբաղեցնել, իսկ երկրում վերջապես տնտեսական հեղափոխություն իրականացնել, որից պիտի նաև աշխարհը օրինակ վերցնի»։
 
Հիմա արդեն դժվար է ասել, թե աշխարհը ՀՀ տնտեսությունից հատկապես ի՞նչ օրինակ պիտի վերցնի, բայց միայն այն ցուցանիշներն ու կառավարման մակարդակը, որոնք առկա են այսօրվա դրությմբ, հաստատ նոր հնարավորության մասին չեն խոսում, այս ամենին գումարած՝ նախկին հնարավորություններն ամբողջապես զրոյացնելը։ Տնտեսական այս խնդիրների հանգույցին  զուգահեռ՝ նախորդ ամիս մի հետաքրքիր իրավիճակի ականատես եղանք, ինչը լավագույնս ներկայացնում է տնտեսական կառավարման ներկա պատկերը։ Խոսքը հայկական ծիրանի էպոպեայի մասին է, որը հայաստանյան իշխանություններին ուսանելի դաս տվեց։ ՀՀ-ն իրեն համարելով ԵԱՏՄ անդամ և ՌԴ դաշնակից երկիր, ըստ էության, չկարողացավ արագ այդ հարցը լուծել պետությունների, պաշտոնյաների մակարդակով, հարցին լուծում տվեցին ՀՀ և ՌԴ հայ գործարարները, ինչպես նաև տեղի բազմահազարանոց հայ համայնքը։
