Ո՞ր երկրներ կարող են մեկնել ՀՀ քաղաքացիները, և երբ կսկսվեն թռիչքները ՌԴ

«Հրապարակ»-ը գրում է․ «Արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը չունի երկրների ցանկ, ուր կարող են ՀՀ քաղաքացիները մեկնել։ Այդ մասին «Հրապարակի» հարցմանն ի պատասխան, ասացին ԱԳՆ-ից՝ նշելով, որ այդ երկրների ցանկը անընդհատ փոփոխվում է․

«Նոր տիպի կորոնավիրուսի տարածման պայմաններում իրավիճակը, կիրառվող սահմանափակումները և կարգավորումներն անընդհատ փոխվում են, այդ իսկ պատճառով հնարավոր չէ հստակ նշել բոլոր այն երկրների ցանկը, ուր կարող են մեկնել ՀՀ քաղաքացիները։ Ամեն դեպքում, այն ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին, որոնք ավիաթռիչքների առկայության դեպքում կցանկանան մեկնել արտերկիր, հորդորում ենք ուսումնասիրել տվյալ երկրում օտարերկրացիների մուտքի համար գործող սահմանափակումներն ու այդ երկրի կողմից իրականացվող հակահամաճարակային միջոցառումները՝ հավանական խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար»։

ԱԳՆ-ից փորձեցինք ճշտել, թե ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ երկրների դեսպանատները արդյոք վերսկսել են վիզաների տրամադրման գործընթացը, պատասխանել են․

«Տեղեկացնում ենք նաև, որ պայմանավորված ՀՀ քաղաքացիների՝ ԵՄ անդամ երկրների տարածք մուտք գործելու ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումներով՝ ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ մի շարք երկրների դեսպանություններ ժամանակավորապես դադարեցրել են ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին վիզաների տրամադրման գործընթացը՝ մինչև համաճարակային իրավիճակի կարգավորումը»։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ՀՀ- ՌԴ կանոնավոր թռիչքների վերաբացմանը, ԱԳՆ-ից հայտնեցին, որ «հարցը գտնվում է երկկողմ քննարկումների օրակարգում։ Եթե լինի ավելի հստակ տեղեկություն, այն հասանելի կլինի պաշտոնական բոլոր հնարավոր տեղեկատվական աղբյուրներով»։

Այսպիսով, թե ինչո՞վ է զբաղված ԱԳՆ-ն, դժվար է ասել, եթե նույնիսկ չունի մի ցանկ, թե որ երկրներ կարող են մեկնել ՀՀ քաղաքացիները։ Բնականաբար, դրանք ամեն ժամ չեն կարող փոխվել, և ինչ-որ կայուն ցանկ պետք է, որ լինի»։
