Հանրապետականը «ճաշում է» Հանրապետականի հետ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Շուրջ մեկ շաբաթ է հայաստանյան քաղաքական կյանքում մեկնարկել է նախընտրական քարոզարշավը, սակայն որքան էլ տարօրինակ է, քարոզարշավը անէական բացառություններից զատ կրում է լիովին իներտ բնույթ։ Այսինքն, ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ քաղաքական ուժերը բացարձակապես զերծ են մնում ուղղակի և անուղղակի բանավեճերից, փոխադարձ մեղադրանքներից և անգամ հակաքարոզչությունից, ինչը եղել է հայաստանյան ընտրությունների մշտական ուղեկիցը։ Ամենահետաքրքրականն այս ամենի մեջ այն է, որ Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը ևս չի ներգրավվում որևէ գործընթացի մեջ ու կարծես թե ինքն իր համար քարոզարշավ է իրականացնում։

Սա բավական բազմանշանակ իրավիճակ է, քանի որ եթե նույնիսկ հաշվի առնենք տարբեր քաղաքական ուժերի զուտ ծրագրային դրույթները, ապա ակնհայտորեն կտեսնենք, որ հենց միայն այդ ծրագրերի մի շարք կետեր առնվազն բանավեճի թեմա պետք է դառնային Հանրապետականի համար։ Ենթադրենք նույն «Ծառուկյան» դաշինիքի 15 կետերը կամ «Ազատ դեմոկրատների» ծրագիրը ենթատեքստում քննադատություն են պարունակում հենց իշխանության հասցեին, որին Հանրապետականը` պետք է առնվազն պատասխաներ հակափաստարկներով։

Սակայն այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ կամ ակամայից, իսկ ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Հանրապետականի վերին օղակներում կայացված որոշման արդյունքում, Հանրապետականները պարզապես խուսափում են որևէ հրապարակային բանավեճից։ Ավելին, եթե մենք դիտարկենք հայաստանյան հեռուստաեթերի մի շարք դեբատային ֆորմատի հաղորդումներ, ապա կարող ենք տեսնել, որ հանրապետականները, որպես կանոն, չեն մասնակցում այս հաղորդումներին, ինչը մեղմ ասած տարօրինակ է, քանի որ հեռուստահարթակները հնարավորություն են քաղաքական ուժերի և նրանց ներկայացուցիչների համար առնվազն իրենց դիրքորոշումները ներկայացնելու համար, որից սակայն հանրապետականները փաստացի հրաժարվում են։

Սա թերևս նշանակում է մի բան, որ կամ նրանք պարզապես խուսափում են տարատեսակ լրատվական հարթակներում երևալուց, քանի որ այդ պարագայում արդեն կամա թե ակամա պետք է խոսեն իրենց կուսակցության ու իշխանության հաջողությունների մասին, որոնք մեղմ ասած տպավորիչ չեն, ինչի արդյունքում կակտիվանան հանրային առկա դժգոհությունը, կամ էլ պարզապես չափից ավելի ինքնավստահ են և հարկ չեն համարում հրապարակային բանավեճը կամ քննարկումը մրցակիցների հետ։

Նման պարագայում անշուշտ պետք է նշել, որ հանրապետականներն իրենց մի գլուխ բարձր են փորձում դասել։

Սակայն այստեղ առկա է նաև մի հետաքրքիր ենթատեքստ, ըստ էության Հանրապետականը տարիներ շարունակ լինելով իշխանություն, ինչ–որ տեղ կորցրել է իրականության զգացողությունը և շարունակում է իր գործունեությունը ավելի ու ավելի հեռանալով հայաստանյան իրականությունից, ինչը խոսում է այն մասին, որ այս ուժը կամ սպառել է իրեն, կամ արմատական փոփոխությունների կարիք ունի։ Ի դեպ, այս տեսանկյունից պետք է շեշտել, որ նման կոսմետիկ փոփոխությունները հանրապետականում ակնհայտ են, նկատի ունենալով առնվազն կուսակցության համամասնական ցուցակի առաջին տասնյակը, սակայն պետք է շեշտել, որ այդ փոփոխություններն առայժմ կոսմետիկ են, թե ինչքանով դրանք կարող են վերաճել բովանդակայինի, դժվար է ասել, քանի որ առայժմ Հանրապետականը վարում է փակ հանրույթի վարքագիծը, կարծես թե նա մասնակցում է ընտրություններին միայն իր ներսում ինչ–որ խնդիրներ լուծելու և ոչ թե համապետական գործընթացների կապակցությամբ։
