Մարդիկ ՌԴ արտագնա աշխատանքի չեն կարող մեկնել, քանի որ շարունակում է ուժի մեջ մնալ ՌԴ կառավարության որոշումը. Վահան Հունանյան

Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի մամուլի քարտուղար Վահան Հունանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողները չեն կարողանում մուտք գործել Ռուսաստան, քանի որ շարունակում է ուժի մեջ մնալ ՌԴ կառավարության որոշումը։

«Երեկ պատգամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքյանը հայտարարել էր, որ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը խոստացել էր, որ սահմանափակումների մեղմացումները կազդեն արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողների վրա, սակայն հրաժարվեց իր խոստումից։

Նախեւառաջ, արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողների վերաբերյալ սահմանափակումների մեղմացում չէր կարող լինել զուտ այն պատճառով, որ այս ոլորտում Հայաստանի կողմից սահմանափակում չէր սահմանվել: Այսինքն, անհնար է մեղմել գոյություն չունեցող սահմանափակումը:

Իսկ արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողները չեն կարողանում մուտք գործել Ռուսաստան, քանի որ շարունակում է ուժի մեջ մնալ ՌԴ կառավարության՝ երկրի տարածք օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների մուտքն արգելող որոշումը:

 

Ինչպես հենց պարոն Մարուքյանի տարածած տեսանյութում է երեւում, փոխվարչապետն ասում է, որ օգոստոսի 12-ին կհայտարարենք լուծումների մասին։

Լուծումների մասին երեկ Տիգրան Ավինյանը հենց ԱԺ ամբիոնից հստակ ու մի քանի անգամ հայտարարեց։ Փոխվարչապետն ասաց, որ քննարկումներ են սկսվել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ օդային հաղորդակցության վերականգման ժամկետների ու պայմանների վերաբերյալ, որի շրջանակներում էլ կհասցեագրվեն նաեւ արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողների հարցերը։

 

Նաեւ ի գիտություն՝

Հայաստանում արտակարգ դրության երկարաձգումը որեւէ կերպ չի ազդում Ռուսաստանի հետ օդային հաղորդակցության վերականգման վրա: Համաճարակաբանական վիճակի կառավարման քաղաքականության շրջանակներում օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների մուտքն արգելող որոշումների կայացումը յուրաքանչյուր երկրի սուրվերեն դաշտում է, եւ պայմանավորված չէ այլ երկրում արտակարգ դրության հայտարարմամբ կամ այդ դրության երկարաձգմամբ»։
