Մոտ 900 հաշմանդամ աշխատունակ է ճանաչվել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

2016թ. տարեվերջին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության էլեկտրոնային տեղեկատվական բազայում (հաշմանդամության վարչական ռեգիստրում) ընդգրկված է եղել 205 հազար 200 հաշմանդամ: Նրանց մոտ կեսը՝ 99 հազար 888–ը կանայք են, իսկ ճնշող մեծամասնությունը՝ 101 հազար 660–ը, 40–ից մինչև կենսաթոշակային տարիք ունեցող քաղաքացիներ։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության պաշտոնական կայքից։

Ըստ ԱՎԾ–ի հրապարակման՝ նշված 205 հազար 200 հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց մոտ 10%–ը կամ 25 հազար 963–ը երիտասարդներ են, պատկանում են 18–39 տարեկանների տարիքային խմբին, իսկ 69 հազար 366–ն էլ՝ կենսաթոշակային տարիք ունեն։

Նախորդ տարի առաջին անգամ հաշմանդամ ճանաչված 7 հազար 898 քաղաքացուց ավելի քան 5 հազարի հաշմանդամության կարգավիճակը դադարեցվել է։ Նրանց մի փոքր մասը՝ 884–ը, ճանաչվել են աշխատունակ, իսկ մեծամասնությունն էլ՝ 4 հազար 236–ը, մահացել, ընդ որում մահացածների մեջ գերակշռել են տղամարդիկ։ Նախորդ տարի հաշմանդամության կարգավիճակը դադարեցվել է 66 երեխայի, 758 երիտասարդի և 60՝ կենսաթոշակային տարիքի հասած անձանց նկատմամբ։

Ըստ 2016 թ. տարեվերջյան տվյալների Հայաստանում հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց կեսը՝ 108 հազար 857–ը, հաշմանդամության երրորդ կարգ ունեն։ Հայաստանում հաշվառված հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանցից 31 հազարից մի փոքր ավելին հիվանդությունն ունեն մանուկ հասակից, 3 հազար 429–ը հաշմանդամ են դարձել ՀՀ սահմանները պաշտպանելու ընթացքում, 4 հազար 160–նն էլ՝ զուտ զինծառայության ընթացքում։ Չեռնոբիլի ԱԷԿ–ի վթարի վերացման հետ կապված այսօր Հայաստանում կա 613 հաշմանդամություն ունեցող քաղաքացի, 493 հոգի էլ հաշմանդամության այս կամ այն կարգ են ձեռք բերել տարերային, տեխնածին և այլ աղետների, ինչպես նաև դրանց վերացման աշխատանքների ժամանակ ստացած հիվանդությունների, խեղումներ կամ վնասվածքների հետևանքով։

Ըստ վիճակագրության՝ Հայաստանում ամենից շատ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք բնակվում են մայրաքաղաքում, այն է՝ 61 հազար 725, այնուհետև գալիս են Լոռու և Արարատի մարզերը, համապատասխանաբար 21 հազար 895 և 20 հազար 873 հաշմանդամություն ունեցող քաղաքացիներով։

Ըստ ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննական գործակալության տեղեկատվության՝ 2016 թ. հաշմանդամ ճանաչվելու նպատակով բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննական հանձնաժողովների կողմից քննվել է 71176 մարդ (3244–ը` մինչև 18 տարեկան):
